I would just like to say that I'd like to smack Ryan. I think HE doesn't know what goth is.........
*grumblecallingEvanescenceemobastardsonofabitchgrumble*

ANYway, I loathe that one Skye Sweetnam song (The only one I've heard), 'Billy S'.
Let's preach anti-education and illiteracy to impressionable kids! Yeah!
I think that's the one that I hate the most.

I'm so happy! They recently released a Megaman manga. I've read three issues out of four. And! And! They're working on a Megaman X Manga, too! Praise the Gods!

Yeah, I've poured over it. I've come to the conculsion that, were I any sort of celestial being, I'd be a fallen angel.

Actually, I'm considering getting a tattoo of stitched up scars between my shoulderblades; like ripped off angel wings.

Like Sabin, from FF6? (You could use Suplex on the Ghost Train... Hehe, that was funny to watch.)

Jeebus, she was only making out with the guy. Not like she fucked him.
Then again, looking at the situation, one must ponder; do you think she would have, had you not caught her? If you're certain she would've, then yeah, she's probably not the best mate to play with. But if that's all she was doing was kissing, at least be friends with her.

::shrugs:: If you stare at anything long enough, the contrasting colour burns into your eyes... For instance; go into MS Paint. Fill with yellow. Draw a bunch of small purple circles, one of which is dead-centre. The longer you stare at the one in the middle, the more of them disappear.

He was suspended for "stealing" soup. They've got a sign thing that says, 1 ladelfull = 1 bowl of soup, and allegedly, the bowls aren't big enough to hold more than 1 ladelfull, soooooo.... Who knows?

Jeebus, people. Didn't your mothers ever tell you, if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say it at all?

Liz, you're beautiful. Don't let the bastards run you down.

Fuck McD's. I'd suggest reporting the interviewer to head office in a letter or something, but otherwise, forget them.
They wouldn't hire me, either.
(I'm gonna go write an angry letter to them, too... What city/branch was it? Did you get her name?)

As for the interviewing process; I don't know if our laws are the same as yours, but here, you don't have to put your SSN on an application. So, don't at first.
When you're in the interview, out yourself. Tell them straight up, "my IDs don't match because I'm transgendered". It's fucking hard to do the first time, but it gets easier and easier.
Just keep in mind (despite the McD's bitch) that 95% of professionals don't really care, so long as you give them a straight up and truthful answer.

Try looking up the YMCA. They've almost always got either or both of a job-finding program, or a youth shelter. In any case, it's worth looking into.

As for religious shelters, not all require ID. As for the ones that do, though, try to find a Unitarian or Anglican church, they're way better for that sort of thing than say, Catholic or Presbytarian.

Best luck in your endeavours. I know you of all people can do it, just hang in there.

In order for me to actually buy anything, it'd have to blow my mind away, but, in that instance, I'd fork over a good 20.00 - 30.00 CDN.

I would be an anti hero.

Vampress Crystal Shards.

Which isn't really far from what I am now, but, since I'd be a super hero, I'd have sharper, longer fangs, and be stronger. w00t. And yeah, I'd fight with broken glass, 'cause it's omnipresent in gothic metropolis..es... met..ropolii... big cities.
I would castrate rapists, murder murderers, and administer eyeforaneye justice.
I would also turn other women to the dark side. Make them all lesbian vampires. wooh00t.

She has to keep in mind that ALL foods have sugar in them; not just candy and sweets.
Show her this page: http://www.mendosa.com/common%5Ffoods.htm
It's a list of the most common foods in a diabetic diet, and how they rate for sugar content.

Public Service Announcement:

Caffeine cannot give you a hangover.
What you're experiencing, Valcion, is caffeine withdrawls.
You are an addict.
The withdrawl symptoms of caffeine include a severe lack of energy, and massive headaches.
There are two cures.
More caffeine, or cold turkey.

Kefka: You DO know how much insulin pumps are, right? 'Cause they range from 5,000 to 10,000 dollars (Cdn). I work for an insurance company, I get calls like that all the time. And more often than not, they're not covered by insurance plans.

Well there's always gonna be burnout, no matter what drug you're taking. But a burnout and a hangover are different things, I'd think. I mean, one's the body's reaction to trying to process a drug that is no longer there (as it's been expended) and one- at least, and alcohol hangover specifically- is a form of hydrophillic shock created by the chemical attacking the blood...

Hmm. Very true.
Just get her to call up her insurance company and ask if she's covered for DIA05. That'll really mess 'em up. (DIA05 is the medical procedure code for an insulin pump...)

Oh man... That's some high quality manga there. Very nicely done indeed.
Kinda disturbing though.
