I feel the same way as others about the layout. It's easy to read, it doesn't take up too much space.. you did good.

I find it amusing how Thayer starts the rant about people who believe post counts matter.

This discussion would have been more meaningful had any of you provided specific examples, rather than just making generalizations such as this. I agree with Ziff, this thread won't lead to anywhere good.
This isn't some method to silence you or whatever, if you have a complain about staff member(s), you can always bring it up with them or admins.

If any mod feels this thread actually IS making progress, by all means, open it back up.
