I don't see a difference when viewing in IE or FF.

It's pretty cool, I especially like the background you chose. My only crit would have to be the red quotebox.. it's a bit annoying. But no big deal.

Okay, you have to change all of the "eoshi" in the code to something else. Otherwise.. this happens.

Here are the main reasons why I have your layout blocked.
That image is HUGE. I do not want to have to scroll down a bunch every time you make a post just to read what you have to say,
Scrollbar? You don't need a scrollbar. It's stupid. Not only that, but you don't have to write very much to force the reader to use your scrollbar. I guess you're trying to make up for having your post too tall already.
I don't care for that font color either.

Okay, so the problem must be located here.

After messing around, I find the more I moved the planet in my layout to the left, the less stretching appeared on the right. Moving it to the top right hand corner did nothing for me, and when I tried to just copy what you had exactly, the planet went way off to the left.

I failed on my first try, but they gave me the permit anyway. I missed nine, and the most you can miss is eight, out of like 46 questions. When it expired and I had to retake it, I missed eight.
You have two more chances, just study harder. You get to take home your test, right? Learn from your mistakes.

What's with the thing on the bottom, after the box your post is in? It seems like a waste of space. Not that I've ever seen Tenchi Muyo, maybe it's fitting.
Otherwise, viewing with Firefox, it's pretty nifty. I'll have to check it out during other times of the day to see how it changes.
