| Well our project he gave a list of things we should do to help our community and wanted us to go all at it. Like call people up and make presentations at all. Very few people actually did that. Most everyone was all I PICKED UP TRASH IT WAS GROSS. I didn't blow it off, I wrote a report on things other people could do to help out, just so I wouldn't get a 0. If I failed that class I'd have to do it again or no graduation. I still can't believe I got a B-. We shouldn't HAVE to help anyone. That's what this country is all about. >8( |

Then I made like a works cited page, and then I made a cover page with TWO HANDS HOLDING. And I made sure it was interracial because it's the only way we can care loller. There are many ways to contribute to society right here in Sonoma County. When many think of helping a worthy cause, they think of donating money. | I think guys look terrible with long hair, like past their shoulders. If they manage to look good, I always think they'd look better if it was shorter. I don't know why. I used to have pretty long hair. The last time I got it cut was a year and a half ago, above my shoulders, shortest I've ever had since I was a baby. Very unpleasant. Now it goes to my chest I guess. I can sit out a long time before getting another hair cut. I can't stand hair cuts. When I was a kid I'd beg my mom to cut it herself.. the barbers were always mean. There was one hair cut place for kids, where you'd sit in like a frog chair or race car or something and play video games or watch a Disney movie. But I guess they were too expensive, so I'd always get dragged to some crap place in the mall where some bitch is mad that she has to cut a kid's hair. >8( Not that my mom was any nicer. Boy I had a few violent experiences with her involving my hair.. but it was different from going to a mall and waiting and sitting and bleh. At least with my mom I could play games. I hope if I get a hair cut in the future I can have someone I know just chop it. I don't care about anything fancy. |

WE HAD A SHORTAGE OF TOURNAMENT HOSTS XKEEPER TO THE RESCUE! Magikoopa Myster, you can really do something with this if you listen to what people are saying about scenery. A line doesn't cut it. I know you said it was at the universe or something, so maybe a grassy plane wouldn't fit that, but you can still do SOMETHING. The only way half-assed strips like this work is if the dialogue pulls it through, and this obviously does not. I want to link to this comic Zem linked to one time, about two circles, #1 and #2, just talking in every strip.

Looks like another person trying to get rich quick with some outrageous eBay thing. Like the toast, as you mentioned, or advertising your forehead, or selling your soul. Another time I saw an auction by some guy who was selling a baseball bat, and told a long story of the great battle the bat went through. It got a lot of money. |

If this feature is ever included, then there really has to be strict guidelines right on the report page that CLEARLY defines what's reportable and what isn't. Imajin: I disagree, I think a reported post ought to be send to all of staff, and not just the local mods of that specific forum. It's possible that the local mods aren't online at the time, but full mods and admins are. It'd just seem more convenient to lead it all to one place, even if some staff members who read it won't be involved. (restricted) |

I think the wrong mindset with plenty of people who want to show off their art is that they are impressed by it, and expect lots of praise. If you don't do that, they're offended and instead go ahead and criticize about YOUR criticism, and it's all just ridiculous. Shyguy, no one made Rockman leave. Just because he had be a baby about his art didn't mean he was being driven out of the board, if that's even possible. Rockman even admitted it was a lazy effort, of course people are going to call him on that. Tarale, does this fall under your idea of a thread getting out of hand? I'd disagree, but either way it seems unfair to the author. It's possible he was taking what everyone was saying to heart, and putting more effort into his next strip. I don't actually know if you closed this or not, I'm just assuming. If not, I'm sorry. It's just that whoever closed it didn't bother to explain why.
