I don't get why you made the blockquote text larger than your actual post.. shouldn't it be the other way around? Otherwise, it's good. Not all layouts need images to be interesting. The rainbow thing you got going is a nice touch, and doesn't go overboard.

Then, you should somehow find a way to make it a stretchy layout. Scroll layouts are obnoxious, especially when they can be avoided, like in this case. You can pull off a repeating tile cloud background with this if you work at it, but I would really recommend to scrap this and start over with the same theme. You should also shrink your user pic size, because even though it auto shrinks, everyone still has to sit through the loading time. 60x60. Come on.

Old thread bumps aren't THAT big of a problem, and the user is notified of their mistake. If it persists, then consequences follow.

Not to attack you, since I know you're extremely talented and can back it up, I just hate it when people resort to tracing and call it official pixel art. This is most popular with pixel portraits of people. To use an example I saw recently..    I just don't get it, anyone can copy over an image. I'd rather see someone challenge themselves by not tracing, and instead by making their own interpretations. Of course you're just making cartoon characters, and people are impressed by this, and people always seem to be impressed with tracing. So I don't know. I guess it's just me. Your art looks good of course.

 that sounds crazy fun.only LAN thing I've ever done was this one little place that went out of business last year, they had a bunch of network games and you paid money to stay for some long amount of time. and me and a few friends would go, and maybe some strangers would join us. Everyone always wanted to play Counterstrike. Last time I went wasn't so hot though. I hated the ones where terrorists would have to plant a bomb, and I'd end up having the bomb. I don't think I wanted to be terrorists, I just didn't know how to switch teams. I'm asking teammates with the typing thing HOW DO YOU PLANT THE BOMB but everyone's a dick. No one wants to admit they're friends with the loser who can't plant a bomb.  And the only other girl in the room was scraming at me PLANT THE FUCKING THING and I'm like HOW YOU CRAZY BITCH and she's like PLANT IT and finally someone kicks me out of my chair to plant it. I still don't know what he did.I've never played Counterstrike outside of that place, so I was a real noob. But it was almost always fun. (restricted) |

Maybe he learned those tricks when he was a young man, and they just stuck with him. Not that surprising as long as he kept healthy and all.
