Why do you have to use PNG in the first place? Not that I use IE, just wondering.
Anyway, it's nice. An obvious edit of your previous layout, but with your character from your comic (which I dig). And of course, easy to read.
I think the background is a little plain, but I don't know what to do about that. It's probably best left alone.

Well, I haven't been looking forward to moving (I've lived in crap all my life, got a taste of the normal house life, and am being sent back to crap), but I saw the new place for the first time, and discovered that the shower comes with a detachable showerhead.
Just an example of things lookin' up.

I replayed Zelda: Four Swords Adventures, and got past the level I was stuck at (I couldn't even remember what discouraged me from the game). Now I'm going through it a lot and I like it. I haven't been playing games in a while because I don't get any new ones, but now I can go through this. I have a lot more to play.

I got all of my stressful classes out of the way, so I should be pretty much relaxing this next school year. I'm almost looking forward to it, in a way.

My dad is leeaaaavvvviiinnnggggggggg yeeeeeeee

I like how my life is. I like how I'm setting goals for myself. Not everything goes as planned, but things seem to work out anyway.

The reason why Banedon listed those boards as examples of using flat view wasn't becuase they took the easy way out, but because they are very popular. There's a reason.

This took me a while too. I'm not much of an artist, but I've always especially sucked at painting. I thought a computer program would have it look better. That is not the case.

That also happens in Firefox, so IE's PNG support has nothing to do with it.

Huh. I checked in both browsers, and I only see the problem in IE.
The problem also occurs in Safari, if it matters.

I rarely go to the doctor. The way my mom sees it, it's better that I suck it up than waste money on a doctor that won't help.
Last time I went was when I had a problem with my toe. We couldn't even get a conversation with the doctor, because after spending forever in the waiting room, he'd try to treat us while talking on the phone with his insurance company. He'd get a sentence in, then step outside for five to ten minutes to keep talking on his damn cell repeat. We spent forever waiting to get anything from him, and when he's finally done he says he's actually a foot doctor for kids so doesn't really know what to do. I should soak it in water, he said. If it doesn't heal maybe I ought to make an appointment with them (right) so they can cut out my toenail. wtf.
We couldnt even talk to him, it was ridiculous. After all that he gives some BS answer that my mom could've told me to do. Waste of time and money.
I don't have clear memories of doctors past that time, since I rarely go, but I remember always disliking the doctor. Like, personally. I don't know why, there's always something about them that gets under my skin.

As for hay fever, I have allergies too. I've been told to try the medicine, I never have, but my mom doesn't give a damn and doesn't want to spend the money. A while ago the allergies got really bad, I kept feeling like I couldn't breath right and it was all just hell. It seems to have lightened up back to where I just sneeze a lot.

Is there a way to make this not full screen? It's annoying to navigate to other windows on my Mac.
Yarx, do you paint the whole background first and then the characters right on top of it? Or do you leave some blank space, knowing the sizes of what you're gonna make?

Why do you have a div tag, it's barely a layout? Just place a background image in it with HTML, or the background image section of Edit Layout.Although looking at the code, http://tinypic.com/65vej9 doesn't have an extension. wtf?
My recommendation, stay away from making a layout.

They work fine in IE.

He already explained why he chose to use PNG.
JPG would look terrible with those pictures.
Besides, he fixed it for IE anyway. Why bother pointing out other options?
