| Pff...everyone's a bad influence on everyone. You know why? No one's perfect. Simple answer to all of this, they know jack shit. I think there's...quite a few people here that could vouch for your character if ever given the opportunity. So if there's a negative about stuff that you have going in real life, you've got that much then. Plus...high school sucks. You're probably one of the more caring people...but even so that probably doesn't mean a lot at the moment if people are stupidly out to seeing how much dirt they can find on anyone. Easy to break someone down, hard to build someone up; use a wrecking ball liberally. That would be high school in my terms. As long as they're on this tirade...I doubt very seriously there's a lot you can do about it...even if you somehow found proof that was somehow decent in your case...reason is, then they'd hate having to be wrong, etc. etc. and the whole impression thing still lingers on even afterwards. 'Hey remember when I thought you were a dumbshit drug addict? Yea...that was SOOOO FUNNY!' Yea...obviously there's no hope for that...but you can't get down over stuff like this. Yea...there's going to be the occasional fucknut like this along the road...but in the long run you'll have to figure out what works and what doesn't for yourself in this. Impressions by rumours are probably not really good ones. If they ever figure out what you really are by their own observations and not by other people's words that might be bullshit...then they might have a legitimate say in their accusations. | I believe that's because of your "allowtransparency" line. Unfortunately, I think that's one of the things that Ace doesn't have allowed, alongside of text glow. Best you can do in that case would be to put that specific spot in the art a bit darker and have the DIV over it. It would make it a scrolling layout though, and I believe that chroma still doesn't work. I'm not sure...but you might be able to override this if you have CSS placed outside of the board, the code on a remote server. I'm not exactly sure, it's something I overheard from Jizzy a while back. |

I think he took out filters out after there was an overuse of glow text way back before I was even on the original board. They just got tired of it. |
I think the only filter that MAY work is the alpha/opacity filter.

Scroll bar should still work. I'm pretty sure that you wouldn't be able to make a transparent schoolbar (with CHROMA effect) unless you did outside CSS linking. |
Course, there are people that bitch about scrolling layouts...we've had that for a while since not everyone uses IE.
