Rain: "Ohhh boy...if she teleported where I think she teleported...she's gonna have some reviews over her current swimsuit wear..." Rain laughed a bit at that thought and made the long trip to heading outside; she darted out of the pool and landed on the concrete flooring next to it. She took a look down, at least the pool was semi-clear...but you could tell there had been new renovations underneath. Rain: "Man...whoever keeps upkeep and stuff's gonna be pissed when they see this..." Rain shrugged it off, just for the fact that she didn't want to dwell on it right now in the middle of practice. She went to a side area to change out of her current attire and got her goggles off...oh fun...red circles. Rain: "Bleh..." Rain looked over at the shower for a sec... Rain: "Hmm..." >>> A few minutes later, a damp Hiryuu came outside to the backyard of the castle. Hiryuu: "Yo."

Obviously, he hadn't missed much in the craziness department AT ALL. He shook his head and took his time going upstairs to see how the princess was doing. He stopped short of Anya's place on the ground, crossed his arms behind his head, and smirked. Ranma: "Ya know...you have to have some of th' worst luck I've ever seen."

Well, that was nice. Hiryuu had a feeling something was up with the feelings of energy that were coming from around here but he didn't realize there was an attack being let loose until about a second ago, which didn't really give him that much time to put up a defense, or at least much of one. He attempted to block the blast with his arms, which was about as good as handling radioactive waste with an over mit; it skidded him across the backyard through the wall and the energy finally caught up to the earth and exploded in a violent array of energy. Had he not transmissioned out in front of Anya's position in the trees, he would've been history at this point...he was a bit charred...but he was okay. Hiryuu: "Damn, you're testy...I didn't even get a chance to say 'Hi.' and you're already wanting to kill me."

He helped her back up from her prone position on the floor. Ranma: "I'll have to talk to you about it...somewhere else if ya don't mind?"

Hiryuu was still in the midst of getting his bearings straight again...one from the fact that he just went from going underwater to in the trees for combat...and two from the fact that he just got launched by what should've been a fatal ki attack. |
Yea...no pressure at all. He did his best to block everything, but was still a bit disoriented and couldn't find a way to counter at the moment. (restricted) |

Ranma didn't really mind, just wherever, he just hoped he'd be able to recall everything that he was told. He had a bad feeling though...something was off...he couldn't put his finger on it...but something didn't ring right with him, and, by now, he had learned to trust that instinct. He decided to keep an eye out mentally...something was probably going to go down soon. He didn't really know how to explain the feeling either, maybe it was just the whole situation in general getting to him, but it felt more than that for some reason. He couldn't have been more right... >>> ???: "That should do her." Taking a look at the results, which were indeed impressive, the nameless scientist made a call upstairs that he had the data to send out for the next test run wave. A set of eight this time around with the new data. Maybe this time they would hold their own a little better. >>> Only about five minutes later... ???: "Permission to release Eppy 2 through 9?" From the control room, there were monitors streamed throughout the room, with one large one mounted on the wall surrounded by a few smaller monitors for excess data. The main one flashed on and showed eight completely identical clones standing at attention, all dressed in black and rather tight-fitting suits, and all of their expressions were neutral, like were robots or zombies. One of the main officers in charge of the job for releasing took the comm for a moment while looking through the readouts on the eight in front of him. ???: "Data uploaded to each, bypassing old data and replacing with the new.......Diagnostics check out okay. Stability is holding and all hosts look good. I don't see a reason why not." That was radioed back to control. ???: "Roger that, we are go. teleport Epsilons to destination X 023 715, Y 452 328, surface level and nominal radius of transport. Instructions to meet Prime are as the previous one. Repeat, we are go for deploy." The monitor flickered for a second then all eight drones flashed a bright light for a second before it faded out and they were gone. >>> There was a large energy distortion right outside the forest next to the castle, a white spherical wave of energy which stretched and flashed for a second then was replaced by the eight drones who were on the monitor. They didn't speak but they signalled one another, one was in the lead of all of them apparently and took front. Apparently this wasn't the normal, oh hi we're stopping by, but they definitely had the idea of bringing the house down when all of them drilled the castle simultaneously with energy blasts after walking a short distance to the backyard outside the castle...  I think that there was only one ep. where it went 'out of line' and probably wouldn't be suited for younger audiences...and I think it was the very last one.
