It evolves constantly. There are cards being but in as there are cards being restricted and banned. The whole Change of Heart deal you won't see being used anymore, that's for sure. |
Some of the better decks that have been built you can easily scout for on Google. Good fucking luck compiling them though; most of the cards in them are rare as hell. I used to be in it and I play whenever there's a 'dummy' needed for deck against deck and I keep track of the GBA games (usually for IRLs) but that's about it.

They're rules you can set in the game. It's rather easy to do so, actually, when you're in a room. |
 The ones that are in this one: a. Sleep Clause - Only one poke may be sleeping. b. Freeze Clause - Only one poke may be frozen. c. Apply PP Ups - Maxes out PPs as if you had PPed your pokes to the max. d. Battle Timeout - Ends battle after 5 minutes of inactivity. (restricted) |

Low amounts of RAM do that. If your system has like...less than 256MB RAM, it will more than likely have issues. I put up 64 megs on here for a 192 (I know, that's old nowadays) an d it worked way better with the added help. I would imagine 256 would minimize it. |

Most of the standards now usually don't exceed 49.99USD without tax (53.99 around here with tax at 8%). The only things I can figure on that would exceed that would be FFXI with the hard drive and that was 99.99USD. |
