Well the whole thing itself clocks at around 150K...the side-background is 132K. So yea, it'll take some time. I believe it's interlaced though. |

I'm getting weird pings from it still and I can access it just fine. The host itself can't even resolve in pings but works fine for me otherwise. |

Least with VBA you can pause emulation and step the frames. Really easy to get sprites that way after disabling layers. |

There are differences between the manga and anime for FMA, I'm seeing that already...that ep, for one, is slightly different. |
Another example is the recent ep where Edward transmutates gold and buys the deed to the one city and whatnot...the one alchemist that was on the Lieutenant's side doesn't even exist in the manga. Course that seems to be in every manga/anime combo I've seen; no two are exactly the same.

The only problem with that, if you did something like that, and had multi-tap enabled, you'd have to wait for the netplay to work right with it. Unless there's an emu that works for more than two players in netplay, there's really no point unless you have three controllers hanging out of your comp (which I could do with a keyboard and two controllers that I have, but some have to use a keyboard). |
The game itself isn't that bad, actually...and this would DEFINITELY be something people will want to make if and when 3-5 player netplay becomes available (because this is definitely one of the hits on places like zbattle for RPGs) but aside from that, there's not too much point in doing something like that.

 If you made an AVI, that'd be a bit dumb...advance frame screenshotting and then putting the shots in a mass-cropper work just fine the majority of the time. Unless it's something like getting Spinal from Killer Instinct, that's about all you'll have to do.

Only thing I've seen out of the manga are the scans...and I haven't seen all of them...hell I've only read it a small bit and there's only been about 10 eps of it through CN thus far. The one tonight ends a two-parter as it is. |
