Om...I have my likes and dislikes about either side of the spectrum...but I'm probably one of the few people that actually enjoy drinking stuff like V8...though that is good vodka premise for Bloody Mary. Meat-wise I don't really care for some stuff but I usually don't turn my nose up to it either. Usually I don't even have much of a choice anyways so...anything that fills the void almost.  |

| Nope, not quite. More than half the characters aren't even from Street Fighter 2 or Super. | I don't think any of us were finding reasons to ban Leg. Far from it, he was shoving reasons down people and staff's throats almost daily. We didn't want to for the longest time but he kept being more annoying and more like a five-year-old daily. If that's how he wants to be treated, so be it. I wouldn't mind unbanning him either but I know how he's going to act, and for that sorry sight I'd rather not. I've already done LOADS AND LOADS of debating over this in staff forums as is with many of the staff. This wasn't an easy decision for anyone, given the amount of respect Legion has/had, but it was necessary, it was board rules...and you know sometimes we have to do our job when we don't like to. By my counts...if Leg was anyone else...he would've been perma-banned a month or two ago. We were being that lenient I think. |

I've had IEXPLORE.exe run two instances at times but I think it's a bug with the browser. You only need to have one open at all times, the other I just close out. |

SA-1 emulation was completed this Christmas with the release of 1.40...though 1.40 itself has a lot of SPC bugs I've noticed, especially in netplay...Tetris Attack is even worse now audibly. Is a hell of a lot faster than 1.36 though, I'll give it that. Anyways, Street Fighter Alpha 2 was one of those games that needed external graphics packs to run for the longest time, like Star Ocean, yea, you can play that now, they've been working to perfect it for years now probably because of this game. The only problem with externals is that it bogged the hell out of gameplay...Turbo 2 was the equivalent of the now Normal in SFA2 (1.36 vs 1.40). |
Killer Instinct I totally own ass on against most people, ask around IRC for those that have fallen to my "mighty" hand in that game. Course I have had the game since it was released in '95 on the console and I've been practicing ever since. Great thing about it is you don't have to necessarily remember combinations exactly right more than the linkers...which can lead to some pretty wild glitches in that game, Air Ultras where the person rise in the air without anything hitting him but looks like he's taking damage anyways, Slow motion ending combos where it can look rather odd at times...so many things. I beat it several years ago on my old 200 box...I believe my characters were at Lv. 37...but I forgot who I beat the final boss with. Wanna say Ryouga, Mousse, Ranma, Akane...but I might be wrong. |
