Yea...I pretty much rushed out the door at the last minute...actually...45 minutes after I said I would (12th, 2:45 AM) and got to see it...probably better seeing it down in the country of Sweetwater than in the city of Peoria...so that was nice to just look up there for a good 15 minutes or so and blow some time...I lacked sleep...read the thread...went 'SHIT!' to Phil and was out the door. |

A) We've been here. We've had a thread about this. B) Why are we here when we've been here before...and... C) Not in the mood to make up a point for C. I'll take Anya's overused 'There is no 3.' Point is, who cares? Really. If a thread is bumped, it will probably be closed. If someone spams, they'll probably be banned. If someone pisses someone off, there'll probably be retribution...which could lead to banning. If there's a toilet to be flushed, it'll probably be flushed...you see what I'm saying? Common sense.

[shrugs] Doesn't really matter what you do more than what kind of person you are overall, in my opinion. You could be someone who's heavy on the drug scene and could be one of the best people to talk to versus a straightarrow who's a major prick to converse with and could very well be in less shape than some smoker or whatever...no joke really...it's just how the world works...there are things that are 'taboo' or whatever but that doesn't necessarily mean you don't HAVE to go with that logic. |
I don't smoke or do drugs or whatever else but that doesn't mean I'm going to take someone down because they do, their right...and as long as they aren't stupid and it's something they enjoy in their own way then why should I say something against it unless it somehow affects me personally? As long as they aren't stupid about it, I would think there's not a lot that I could say against it other than the oversaid 'THAT'S NOT RIGHT!!!111'... And yea...shooting yourself is much worse...you don't believe me then put a 30-06 in your mouth and pull the trigger...guarantee you'll want to light a Camel Light Menthol more than a bullet.

I would kinda wonder if people would smoke because of the whole trend thing, possibly popularity or if it's the whole escape thing, you know, help ease tension. Maybe both. I'm gonna guess it's the tension killer, but I have no clue why someone would start regardless. Like I said before, I don't judge anyone for doing it or anything...just curious as to why is all. |
