| Okay. So I was back for a day or two, but here's my follow up anyway for all those who are interested. - It's hot in Arizona. Really hot. When I thought it was going to stay hot, everything got cooled down...by a bigass monsoon that hit us the first day. - For the most part, the food is good there, execpt for this one place called the "Home of 101 Omlettes". They ought to change the name to "Home 21 Good Omlettes and 80 Others that Should Not be Allowed to Exist." Never mix guacamole with eggs. Ever. -Nature was...nice. Lots of Cacti everywhere, including this really wierd one:  - I was nowhere near the Grand Canyon where I was, but some of the views were still nice...  - We also went to a place that was apparently a big tourist spot. And of course where there are tourists, there are cheap gift shops, selling things with little to no point whatsoever. Take this for example:  This is just...wrong. - As for this one, either the people who made this are blissfully innocent, or the internet has corrupted me. I swear this is not shopped:  - As for the wildlife, I unfortunately saw no armadillos. However, there were dozens of jackrabbits...  -...And Horses! Easily the most interesting part of an otherwise dull 4-Hour tour we took.  Other than that, there is nothing else to report. Most other things seemed pretty...average, I suppose. Just another state with stuff in it. |

| I drive a 2000 blue Chevy Cavalier. It may not be the prettiest thing on the road, but it certainly isn't the ugliest. As for favorite cars, I'm a sucker for Mustangs. I would love to have a red '05 Mustang GT convertible. That would rule. The only thing better would be this thing:  The 2007 Shelby Cobra GT 500. Hell Yeah. |

Shino: "Heh...Predictable sword attacks. Just like you, Leg Fault..." "Flame On!" Still richocheting, Katoko ignites his body, letting loose with a haunting howl as the flames engulf his body. | OOC: Sorry for my abscence. Let's take it home! ---------------------------------------- The battle had gone on for what seemed like hours. Craters, puddles of water, and Tauren bodies lied all around the outer perimeter of the Acmlmboard, and the fighters seemed rather spent. As if that wasn't bad enough, the Tauren had chosen to try and overwhelm the defenders with thier numbers...a tactic that seemed to be working... Jarukoth: "Damn it! Where is that idiot!?!?" Rob *via ComLink*: "Right here!" Suddenly, the roar of dozens of Attack Helicopters decend onto the horde, and rip into the crowd immediately with a hail of gunfire. Moments later, a search and rescue copter pulls up alongside them, with Rob in the cockpit... Rob: "Look, I know I'm late, but that's still no way to talk to your brother!" Jarukoth: "Better late than never! What do we do now, genius?" Rob: "I'm bringing the chopper down. We need to get everyone out of the way so the boys can let loose with the REAL firepower and take out the other Tauren. Now get your ass over here!" Jarukoth responds with several more slices through the Tauren ranks, waving on his comrades. He only hoped they had heard Rob's shouts... |

| When I started playing MMORPGs, one of my biggest concerns was having someone take my name. So, I set out to create my own online alias that was so unique and made so little sense that nobody else could (or would) possibly duplicate it. So, I went into a few fantasy name generators, spliced a few of the names together, and voila; Jarukoth was born. Later, Jarukoth became the codename of a fictional character I created, whose exploits you can observe in the Story and Sim-Battle forums. | Experience: In the past few years, I have played several level 1-2 campaigns (mostly due to the fact that my DM buddy can never seem to settle into one campaign setup, and we keep changing characters), and am also currently in the midst of a level 13-14 campaign sponsored by a local bookstore that plays every other week. Plus, I have also been RPing in the Story and Sim-Battle forums almost since I've been here, as you may or may not be aware. Why: Simple. I like D&D, and I like the people here. The two together just seem like a winning combination. Flexibility: I should be able to make most meetings, save for Sundays and every other Thursday night. (Other campaigns) However, depending on how soon/late you plan you plan on starting this, college may/may not be an issue as well. What to Play: Pretty much whatever you need or want... - I would be interested in playing Shino again if you want a Rogue. - If you want a melee class, either a Paladin, Monk, Ranger, or even a basic Fighter is good with me. - If you want me as a healer, I would prefer a Druid, but Clerics are fine too. - I would rather not play a pure offensive caster (Wizard, Sorcerer, etc), but if you are in dire need of one, I'll be more than happy to do it if that's the case. |
