| Seeking to defend thier true self, the clones rush to grab the real Shino, and heave him out of the explosion's path as quickly as possible. However, the explosions go off as Shino goes flying, catching him, but not fully. The other clones are vaporized instantly. Shino is caught a bit off balance, and goes rolling, portions of his coat still smoking from the blast... Shino: "Th...That..." Shino slowly rises to his feet, slightly dazed... Shino: "Now...THAT was more like it! Just don't get cocky, Leg Salt!" As he speaks, Shino's hand begins to glow red. A second later, he slams his hand onto the ground, causing a pillar of smoke to briefly rise from the ground... "Summoning!" From the smoke leaps a wolf with long, reddish fur. Its fur is bright, and almsot looks as if it were on fire as the arena's lights reflect off of it. Shino: "Katoko...burn him!" Katoko takes a deep breath, and breaths a streaming blast of fire not unlike a flamethrower at Legault... ---------------------------------------------------- Jarukoth: "...Okay, I know he did nearly just get blown up, but Leg..'Salt'? That one was just... stupid." Shino: *via ComLink* "I heard that..." Jarukoth: "Well, it's true..." Shino: *ComLink* "Tch..." | [OOC: I'm a bit confused as to who is fighting Destin and Serra, so correct me if I call this wrong...] --------------------------------------------- Nimue: "Gaah!" The flare spell catches Nimue off guard, the explosion burning her a bit. To make matters worse, two new fighters just arrived in front of her... Nimue: "*sigh* This just keeps getting worse..." Hitting a switch on her staff, Nimue quickly opens her seemingly normal Cleric's tool into a massive fan. Grasping it tightly, she swings the fan at her attackers, sending a vicious torrent of wind roaring at them... "Divine Whirlwinds!" ------------------------------------------- Drake's dark blast is doing very little to stop Hewitt. He only looks as if he had been hit by a heavy gust of wind... Hewitt: "How did I survive...heh. Consider me to be Nimue's 'Yang'...and it helps when your sister is a f***in' DiEn..." Cackling insanely, Hewitt's axes begin to cover themselves in a purple flame. When the flames begin to lick his hands, Hewitt hurls them at Drake, eager to spread the hurt... ------------------------------------------- Kari: "Gack! Did I just swallow a fly?" Kari's question is answered when she looks down, and sees the trail of poison leading to her. She must have ingested a drop or two... In any case, she figures it's best to do as much damage as she could now, before the poison begins to take effect. Raising up her index and middle fingers, Kari silently forms several water needles out of the remnants of the geyser, and by pointing her fingers downward, sends them rocketing at Nijote... -------------------------------------------- Fenrir's teeth meet something unexpectedly hard with a CLANG...Something...rounded, and sorta scaly... Khrone: "Funny thing about the D-Ball. Since it's a living thing, it can return to me on it's own. Isn't that cool?" Growling slightly, the Deimos Ball flies out of Fenrir's mouth, and hovers over Khrone's head. A moment later, a few of the razor sharp plate scales fly off the Deimos Ball, and seem to home in on Fenrir... |

| Yeah, Harold and Kumar go to White Castle. I never saw it. Which reminds me of this little roadside eatery near where I live called White Manna. They serve White Castle style burgers, but the guy hand makes them fresh right in front of you. The only thing prepackaged are the buns. Everything else is fresh. Sooooo delicious.  |

| As soon as I discovered the meatball sub, I had three that week alone. I then got so sick of them, I can honestly say that I havent been to a Subway since. The last really spectacular thing I had there was thier Thai Sesame Chicken. That thing rocked hard. |

| Shino: "Like I would really give away my tricks to my opponent, Leg Fault..." By the time Legault focuses on Katoko, it has already started breathing a dark cloud of smoke, which quickly consumes Katoko and Shino. When Legault goes to attack, the smoke begins to fade, and is met by a a pair of Shinos, struggling to keep Legault's much larger blade at bay with thier daggers... Shino: "Gghh...Ready, Katoko?" The second Shino grunts in approval, and both Shinos dart off in opposite directions... "Shino Pinball!" The Shinos curl up into balls, and fling themselves at the walls on either side of the arena. As soon as they hit, they immediately ricochet off, and fly to a wall on an opposing side. With every ricochet, they seem to be going faster and faster, leaving cracks and craters on every surface they hit. Given the Shinos building speed and varying ricochet angles, it appears as if they will slam into Legault at any second... --------------------------------------------- Jarukoth: "Hmm. Full of old school moves today, aren't we?" Shino: *via comlink* "Yeah......and?" Jarukoth: "...The nickname was decent." Shino: *comlink* "That's better." |

| As of 7:00 AM, EST on Tuesday, I will be on a plane to Arizona, awaiting to be deep fried by the desert sun. Some call it vacation to see the family. I call it "Exercises in Fast Food Management: As told by the French Fries". ...I'll be surprised if that makes any sense in the morning... Long story short, I should be back in about a week. Best case scenario: I'll be stuck in 56k land for a week with a few armadillos. Worst case scenario: No internet, no armadillos. Wish me luck. |

My vote? VERY YES. Count me in. I started paying a few years ago and got hooked ever since I rolled my first character; a little halfing rogue by the name of Shino Shadefoot.  A few questions though: - Who will be doing the character sheets? - Will the classes / prestige classes be preset for everyone for the campaign, or will be choose our own classes/names? (Dumb question probably.) - What level will these characters start at? |
