| Red's speed almost catches Shino off guard, but he manages to grab the rest of Red's arm, struggling to hold the burning fist back just inches away from his face... Shino: "It's getting a tad too hot in here..." Shino's halfling arms cannot hold him for long, so he opts to knock Red's arm away, and leap high into the air. Shino: "Alright, my turn..." "Baika no Jutsu!" [Multi Size Skill] Shino's body suddenly inflate to the size of a large boulder in midair. Shino only smiles as his now prodigious body wieght comes crashing down on Red. ---------------------------------------------------------------- "GoldenEye!" Ada activates her special ocular ability, raising Jarukoth out of the water, and placing him by her side. It's then when Ada notices where Jarukoth left his sword...right in front of Janus. Ada: "J, quick! Zap him!" Jarukoth: "Heeeeyyy BABY! u lookin HOT tonight!!11!" It would seem that Jarukoth is still slightly drunk. Ada knocks him in the head with the spent Needler... Ada: "Your sword, you idiot! Shock him!" Jarukoth: *hic* "Ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm......................'kay." "Lightning Rod!" *hic* Jarukoth's sword, still stuck in the ground, begins to radiate with electrical energy. Suddenly, bolts of electricity fly out of the sword's hilt at Janus, and all around the immediate area... |

| Jarukoth: "Hehe...yeah....nice to see you...in the fight...Ada..." Jarukoth seems to be slowing down a bit, slowly getting over the intoxicating effects of the alcohol... Jarukoth: "I just need a second...then I'll be able to...go back in at full..." Shino: ......aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaAAAAAAAAAAAAUUUGGGHH!!" With yet another burst of smoke straight out of Konoha, Shino quickly reverts back to his previous state, so Ada can catch him, which she does. Shino: "Thanks, A. I guess that Red guy's main strength is.....his strength. Let's try this then..." Shino pulls out a pair of long chains with many daggers linked to them, wrapping them around his body. Then... "Baika no Jutsu!" [Multi Size Skill] Shino's body expands to it's large form once again. He tucks in his head and arms, and rolls his body at the trio at a high velocity, seeking to destroy anything else that gets in his way, like a massive living wrecking ball... "Spiked Meat Tank!" | Krauser: "Augh! Damn, that stings. Verdugo, If you don't mind..." Recoving from it's stunned state, Verdugo leaps back into the fray, spraying acid from it's mouth at Sion. Krauser simply chuckles. Krauser: "Pardon my pet. Acid Reflux, you know...heheh..." ---------------------------------------------------- Sabafang, meanwhile, leaps away from Ami's attack, dodging her attack in the process. Instead, it leaps back back over Nimue, and tackles Korra in midair, knocking him away from Nimue. It seemed like Nimue had something to say, anyway.... Nimue: "Ami...Korra...I am glad to see such growth in you both. I harbor no ill will against you. Ami, you're just such a cute little girl...perhaps you should consider using that as a weapon more often.  Also, I had no intention of letting Hewitt kill you. Being a former High Cleric, I would have healed you up after the fight anyway. As manic as Hewitt is, I still have control over him." Nimue gives a pair of quick taps on her staff, and something unhooks in it. She then fold out her staff, which turns into a massive battle fan. Nimue turns back to the kinds, grinning with pride. Nimue: "I am very proud of you. Because of that, Hewitt and I will hold nothing back, giving you the fight you deserve..." Sabafang: "Speak for yourself. I was the one doing all the work back there..." Nimue: "Slicing Winds!" | Jarukoth: "Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't your intended opponent...him?" Jarukoth points upward, just as Shino falls down from the sky, landing right beside him. Shino: "Damn, what's with me getting knocked around so much..." That's when Shino notices all the guns Ada has been tossing out. As Shino grins a bit, Jarukoth turns to Ada... Jarukoth: "You and Shino take Red and Green! Leave Janus to me from here on out!" If Ada heard him, she sure wasn't showing it. In any case, he dashes off to handle Janus, as Ada makes her move. Ada: "You know, I never really understood the appeal of the Desert Eagle. At least, not when there's guns like these..." Ada pulls out her last gun: A .45 Colt Anaconda, one of her favorites. She then tosses it upwards...and it hangs in the air, as if held by and invisible hand. Suddenly, all the other guns float up to the same level in the air as the Colt, as they all begin to cock in sucession. The guns held by Red and Green jerk out of thier hands, and rise up to join the others. Ada's GoldenEye glows softly with power... Ada: "This is my ability...Firing Squad!" The guns break off into two groups: the ones trained on Red, and the ones aiming at Green... Ada: "FIRE!" |

While Sabafang attempts to maul Korra, Nimue swings her fan again in attempt to deflect the beams with the extremely powerful winds. She catches two of them, but Ami's speed catches up to her, being struck by the third beam... Nimue: "Ahh...." Hewitt: "Sister...I should be ready to fight soon...just a little bit longer..." ------------------------------------------------------- Wherever Sion manages to connect, the pole smashes into Verdugo, sending it reeling. It then vaporizes back to it's original plane of existence... Krauser: "Well, I suppose I'll need a weapon of my own..." Krauser reaches behind his neck, and begins to pull out some long, white object. As he pulls it out, it reveals itself to be Krauser's spine! "Bone Whip!" He then leaps at Sion, attempting to go for his legs with his new macabre weapon... |

| As Jarukoth runs at Janus and the tempurature rises, he steadily begins to feel the heat getting to him. He quickly decides to go back to his comrades to set up a defense against the hellish heat, which has already melted most, if not all, of the guns... Ada: "!!!!!" Shino: "J! GET YOUR ASS BACK HERE NOW!!!" Jarukoth: "I know that, Shino! Engage Heat Defensive Formation!!" Jarukoth dashes back around his comrades, who are busily forming thier next moves. He wastes no time in joining them... Ada: "Ice3!" Shino: "Kage Bunshin no Jutsu!" Jarukoth: "Makyou Hyoushou!" [Demon Ice Mirrors] First, Ada brings the devestating cold spell down to earth. However, instead of launching the spell at one of their opponents, as per the usual method, Ada focuses all her energy on maintaining the spell, and whirling it around the party, shielding them from the intense heat. Next, Jarukoth's ice mirrors spring up from the water vapor in the air. A dozen of the mirrors appear around them, forming a type of dome around the DiEns. The mirrors provide a frame for the Ice3 spell to whirl around in, and provide reinforcement from the heat... Finally, Shino's six clones appear with a burst of smoke, and follow the original as he leaps into the mirrors... Jarukoth: "Take him out before we waste too much energy!" Shino: "Really, I'm working on it!" Ada: "Use the reinforced kunai! They should last long enough out there!" The clones of Shino appear in the reflections of the mirrors, scoping out the situation beyond the cold barrier. Red seems to be reletively stationary, Green is darting around so quickly that he can barely be watched at all, and Janus seems pretty much lifeless.... In any case, the clones ready thier special kunai, and take aim at thier targets. One Shino throws a trio of the kunai at Red through the mystic mirror, in an attempt to stop his ability. Another throws some at Janus, just to be sure. The remaining Shinos figure they can't catch Green, going at the speed that he is, so they opt to throw thier kunais in just about every other direction, attempting to at least trip him up as he passes... | I'll be honest, I always wanted to learn how to make a fancier layout, but I just never got around to asking. I tinkered with the data Keiran provided for a while, and produced the layout you see here. I'll probably tinker some more at a later date, but for now, this is it. Any critiques welcome, but be gentle. |
