I got the 2000th post in the town square. I don't care that I didn't get the 10000th thread (neither would I care if I didn't get the 2000th in Town Square, it's just that when I saw "1999 replies" I couldn't resist). |

I use the GIMP, even though it's overkill for what I need to do with images (ripping sprites from various videogames). |

I tend to follow a posting pattern something like this: |
- Do some crazy spree, like 100 posts in a day. - Get yelled at by a staff member. (OK, so that happened once, and it wasn't really yelling. Twice if you count when I was left off ACS for spamming.) - Slow down to 10-15 posts per day. - Slow down to 2-3 posts per day. - Stop posting entirely for a few months. - Repeat. My username gets misspelled a lot...I'm always seeing Bandeon, Baneon, Banadane, Banedone, Bandon, Brandon, etc. (Once I wrote it on something at school, and there was a student in that class named Brandon...he thought I was taking about him.) My old names always got mangled as well: |
- The_Millionaire became Millionaire (I didn't really mind this), and a lot of people would misspell it Millionare. - comm128 was always metamorphosizing(sp?) into comm and Comm128. Sometimes com128, comm 128 (I actually had to use that at one board because I never got the E-mail confirmation and had to re-register), I think comm123 once... How do people mess up your username?
