| I've noticed there are a few ways to space and capitalize the name of this board system, and I realize I haven't done a weird poll in a while. So, How do you write it? I believe the official way of writing it is "AcmlmBoard," although I have a tendency to use "Acmlmboard" with a lowercase "b." |

| Actually...as I recall, I made about 200 posts at wootboard...I think the month-long "prelaunch" killed a lot of interest in it though. Then again, no Acmlmboard in history can compare to the "other" wootboard, Miraged Discussion. I have so many good memories of that place, even though it was deleted before it lasted two months. |

| That's rather lame...at least last year I was able to complete my research project on biological weapons using the school computers...a LOT of people at school fulfilled research project requirements with reports on weapons of mass destruction, or racism or other forms of discrimination. The teachers even tell us to do them on social issues, and those are definitely social issues. (edited by Banedon on 02-10-05 08:56 PM) |

| I took driver's ed in the spring of 2003. It was the only class I have ever failed (luckily it wasn't part of the school's curriculum or counted into my average). I'm way too paranoid, and I can't think fast, so I always drove well below the speed limit, and would stop for several seconds at stop signs. I found it impossible to concentrate on everything at once. I had to not only watch the road, but also check the mirrors, check my speed, decide where I was going and how I was going to get there, etc. And this was only on deserted dirt roads out in the country. I never had to deal with parking, or traffic lights, or lots of other cars. So, I gave up. | |||

| So...there's a limit to the length of a domain name? I never knew that...(What other explanation would there be for stopping at the "k" the third time through the alphabet?) I don't want a long E-mail. It would take forever to type in the "E-mail address" field of message board registration pages, and some of them wouldn't accept that many letters, anyway. |

| On the XP computer I use at school, every time I boot up, I get the "Stay current with automatic updates" (or something like that) balloon, it's so annoying. I don't care about updates, and even if I did, I wouldn't be responsible for installing them. We can't install ANYTHING on school computers without the teacher's OK. | |||
