| Sorry for being a little bit of a party pooper, but I want to give you a fact. If you download music off an illegal site such as MP3.com, the artists don't get paid it is just a waste of money for the artist. I don't think sharing music on illegal sites should be legalized, period. | |||

Did you know that mosquitoes are also called skeeters? The skeeters here in Iowa are huge, strong and aggressive. I'm not a real skeeter target but some have biten me and I didn't know it until I got a bump with an itch  Female skeeters are the ones that drink blood. |

| I get bad weather very often (I live in Iowa). Yesterday there was a nasty line of storms with very heavy rains but not much lightning. But the visibility droped to less than a quarter of a mile. I watched the whole event out of the window (I love to watch storms). I don't get hail very often but the last time I've got hail was on May 17, 2004 (pea sized). The biggest I've seen was about quarter sized. | |||

Names to be retired: Charley, Frances, Ivan, and Jeanne We still have October and November before this season is over. I sure hope that Florida doesn't get another hurricane this season. PS: I know a lot about the weather. The term "fish" is when a tropical cyclone never makes landfall. |
