It doesn't crash for me in IE, it has "Not responding" for a few seconds but it doesn't crash. |
One reason seems to be Keikonium's bio which has alot of embedded mp3's, which I'm going to remove now. You can check the bio list after that to see if it's still crashing.

No, it's just a page. Your ipban is stored in a table which is checked at every page on the board. Modifying the URL does nada. |

I doubt it'll be something epic but if they have the music composer from the game it'll atleast have nice epic music. I don't want to see a Starship Troopers copy, even though I love ST, it wouldn't fit Halo. |

I haven't seen ST2 and I also heard it sucked, that's not the reason I haven't seen it yet though. |
I don't see how Halo and starship troopers is alike. It's sci fi and it's with aliens, other than that it's NOTHING. It's like arguing that Friends is a rip of chainsaw massacre because they are both english words, or something Some worries in a Halo movie would be sidekicks if any, the actual story (based on the games or what?) and main actor that is, if Mr. Cheif's gonna be in it or not.

I loved KoTOR and I can't wait for the second one, I'm counting the seconds. As usual I'll go dualwield with lightsabers, there just .. isn't any other option for me |
Thought the story in the first one kicked ass too. I don't know anything about the story in the second one though, I probably heard it once but forgot it. So I just looked it up again on the site you posted. And you can patch the game on the PC version. And given a good graphics card, it might look better too. |

I think I've seen screenshots of this while Acmlm was playing. But I don't really remember how it looks nor can I find the dir where Acmlm had his screens. So, you got any? |

I can subscribe to this thread, I can not subscribe to Help/Suggestions through this thread, I have to stand in the forum, and then my reader says that there's some errors in it but it'll try to fix it. And after that it works fine. |
I use FeedDemon as my reader and "Feed your reader" as extension to Firefox to start feeddemon when click on the lil RSS icon. (restricted) |

You know the feeling when you go to sleep and the morning someone has raped you and put on your pants back and forth? Yeah, that's how it feels. And I don't see the reason for RSS feeds to be there either. It's probably not like that for all but I got a big juicy RSS button in the bottom right corner of my browser. I'm happy with that. And the mark forum read is terribly placed. Yuck! |

No, you shouldn't see it as where the links go, whether they bring up a new page or not. You should see it as navigation and not navigation. Up there we have a navigation, we have everything we need to click on there. Putting this below Users Online in a forum makes no sense whatsoever. I'm not being irrational, I have patience with things like this. But then, I usually see a point with it. This, feels like it was randomly placed. And just because we have 13453 extra rows in profiles, threads, forums, whatever, doesn't mean that we can put 234593 more in it. And I frankly don't see any upsides with confusing alot of people. And regarding not having to click a link at all, uhm, how's that gonna work? Mindreading? Because I sure as hell don't want a forum to auto-mark read when I've been in it. I judge that myself. |

Mark forum is navigation for me. Because it IS a set point that I want to access from everywhere. Depending on the forum of course. |
And I've never ever thought that it was misplaced there. It came natural for me as I'm sure it did for other people too. I found it alot easier than any other forum. And that's what it's all about. A little advice would be to fix the whole navigation in one sweep. Not do small changes like this, because people will just try to get used to it and then see it changed again. Wait until you have a finished draft of the whole thing. My ideal menu would be smaller, but it'd also place often used links in the center of attention (such as mark forums read), because it's just as linky as the other links there. Edit profile and Edit Layout, Avatars, post radar, favorites and possibly the color chart would be in one dropdown menu. Because those are all about editing yourself. Depending on how many people use it, board stuff like ACS, FAQ, Ranks and more can be in one. An alternative way would be to let each person customize their own catagories or folders, like they can with PM's. Then no one can complain, imagine that. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
