| Oak: "Actually... since you are extra-special, I'll give you a better choice." Oak pressed a button and one more set of 3 pokeballs appeared! Oak: "OK... listen up. Pokeball #1 contains a Charmander. Charmanders are small dragon hatchlings that are quite friendly but aren't quite that strong. Eventually, they will become Charziards, huge dragons that can face almost any non-water-elemental foe. However, beware of their teenager morph, the Charmeleon! Even if they are loved and raised as equals, Charmeleons WILL rebel and do everything in their power to make your life miserable... even at their own risk and even if it's not what they wanted to do in the first place! As such, if you feel brave, take one. Pokeball #2 contain a Squirtle. It's a common turtle pokemon with average offensive and defensive powers. Squirtles tend to be quite smart but aren't quite as friendly as Charmanders. Squirtles have no childhood and teenager morphs: this one starts out as an adult and as such, there is no fear of a rebellion becease of out-of-control hormones. However, Squirtles won't become quite as mighty as Charizards in raw strenght. Pokeball #3 contains a Bulbasaur. Bulbasaurs are not friendly at all and tend to hate most forms of life becease of their irrationally huge trust toward plants. In fact, they tend to prefer plants to even members of their own specie. As such, it will be hard to convaince him to be your partner. Bulbasaurs starts out the strongest out of the 3 basic pokemons... but he ends up the weakest as he will never really get very destructive techs and his strongest tech requires a bit of strategy to be really effective. Pokeball #4 contain a Cyndaquil. This Cyndaquil is a typical one: she's quite shy and not into fighting. Cyndquils are quite strong and are, just like Charmanders, the child form of a larger, stronger pokemon. Unlike the Charmander, who rebels when he reach his teenager form, Cyndaquils turn more and more vicious as they grow, eventually becoming a powerful but sadistic Typhlosion. Altought it's adult form is obsessed with battling, Cyndaquils tend to have less raw power than the others when they have reached maximum potential. They're better than Venusaurs in terms of raw power... but they're still below average. Pokeball #5 contains a Totodile. Totodiles are extremely friendly and playful... but they're also unable to control themselves and as such, with bite anything they come into contact with, even if they didn't wanted to, in the first place! Totodiles do not have, just like Squirtles, a child/teenager form and as such, will not rebel. As it evolve, it will gain control over it's biting instinct and become more calm. While it's basic form is hard to endure becease of it's "bite first, ask questions later" attitude, many trainers regard it as the best partner. At maximum potential, Totodiles are just a bit above Squirtles in terms of raw power. The final pokeball contain a Chikorita. Chikoritas starts out the weakest among all of the six pokemons. They're the most friendly and they have been reported cases of Chikoritas falling in love with their trainers for no apparent reason... but Chikoritas are, as stated earlier, very weak. Just like the Squirtle and the Totodile, the Chikorita starts out as an adult. It is the only of the 6 pokemons that will not mature trought it's evolutions: it already reached maturity when you're taking her along. The Meganium, Chikorita's final form, is VERY strong. I mean it! While it can't fly like Charizard and has the elemental disadvantage, it's so strong that in melee combat, the Meganium will hammer the Charizard into the ground on every level." Once Oak finished, he paused... Oak: "Well... that's all you need to know... if you're a common trainer and do not care about the individual pokemons. Now, I'll tell you more of a background on how each pokemon got here and what I know of it's personality and what it's past trainers, if it had past trainers, said of them. OK! The Charmander had quite a sad story. It's parents both died during a storm and he got stuck all alone, in the middle of a storm, on an isolated island. There, he was harrassed by water pokemons and almost killed. Then, a few weeks later, before he would die, he was caught. He was constantly swapped as trainers didn't liked him. He was too much of a crybaby and didn't obeyed very well. Some trainers... well, a lot of them, actually beaten him up! Finally, he ended up here. He was traumatised from all that and sees humans as a threat... but since he's so young, he didn't developped a paranoia toward humans yet. If you're kind enough to him, maybe he'll recover from his traumatism. The Squirtle's story is very different. This Squirtle obviously heard of the stories about the ex-Champion's Squirtle and tried to follow in his footsteps. As such, he regrouped many of the water pokemons he knew and hunted fires all around to extinguish, hoping people would see them as heroes. They were disappointed when the only reputation they got was that they were seen as potential targets to be caught. The trainers caught them all one by one and now, the Squirtle got here. He's rather depressed since his dreams of being a hero were, well, pretty much shattered. The Bulbasaur lived a normal life in a forest until he was caught. Then, he was just like "whatever" and obeyed well, doing whatever his trainer ordered. However, it was recently found that his trainer was working for Team Rocket, the internationnal criminal organisation. As such, his pokemon were confiscated and the Bulbasaur landed there. This is a common Bulbasaur in the fact that he has, for some reason, suppressed his own personality and tried to become just a living tool... and apparently succeeded. Altought he hadn't a horrible life, his blatant lack of personality and will makes him quite a sad sight... The Cyndaquil is quite strange. Most Cyndaquils are supposed to be shy... but this one isn't quite shy. This young and energic female acts all tough and resisted for quite a while to the assaults of pokemon trainers. However, she got caught in the end. People espected her to be just as tough as a trained pokemon... but for some reason, she was too shy and nervous to actually fight and as such, she was abandonned. Knowing that abandonned pokemons do not live long usually once released, I caught her back and placed here, in my research institute. The Totodile is quite the usual of what you could espect from a Totodile... at one VERY important exeption. This is a Dark Pokemon, which means that he's constantly surrounded by an aura of dark flames and is avoided like the plague by pokemons and trainers alike. As such, he was never truly caught... unless you count him getting in this lab. This Totodile didn't fought often... but according from what I heard, people wouldn't want to use him becease that the entire extend of his dark powers surface during battle causing him to go totally beserk. When you think about it, it's a bit unfair. This Totodile is extremely friendly but becease of a few black flames swirling around him, he is avoided like the plague. All Dark Pokemons aren't evil, after all! Finally, the Chikorita is a young female that basically falls in love with every single one of her male trainers and instantly become friends with her female ones... but she couldn't get much of any trainer since she was swapped like, every single day. She was caught when she was very, very young and as such, do not know much of the world exept for Pokemon Centers and arenas... and every day, she was in a different place, with different people. Today is the first day of her life that she wasn't swapped, you know, so it must feels weird for her." Oak paused again. Oak: "Well, that's all. 6 pokemons, 6 different stories... and unfortunately, you can only take one along. Each one deserves to be with someone that would actually care for them and treat them as something more than just a tool... but still, base your decision on which one would be the most fitting partner both as a friend and as an ally in battle. If you just pick your partner based on personality, you may end up with a partner that can't help you in battles and if you choose only based on powers, you may end up with a partner that will despise you. So... choose wisely. I'm sure you'll choose the right one, however. I always had a feeling to tell when people are special... and I know you're special. You will know... no, you already know which one is right for you..." ... During this time... ... Celebi: "What a naive fool... I would like to have as much hope as you do... but this is a world without hope. We are all chained to preset futures that we cannot change... but if you're foolish enough to think that you're different, then tempt your fate..." Celebi made a strange gesture and a secret door opened in the back of the room. Celebi: "This is a secret exit leading out of this castle. I will warn you however... the Trail of Souls is a dangerous twisted road created from the Dark Pokemons' powers! I shall not be taken responsible for whatever happens in there!... and if you fail to cross and end up a Dark Pokemon, then know that you have been warned!" ... The Umbreon returned the stare! Umbreon: "Who do you think you are, staring at me like that? Fool! Feel the power of Darkness!" SHADOW BALL! The Umbreon thrown the sphere of black energy toward Sarah! The attack was very precise, the sphere was flying quite fast, and the damage inflicted would be average. All in all, a pretty decent attack... ... During this time... ... The owner is impressed by all of Serra's acrobatic moves... and notice too late that it's an attack coming his way! The owner is shocked and gets paralysed! He drops the pokeball... which trigger itself upon being dropped, firing the Tractor Beam! Siryx: "LOOK OUT!" What a strange twist of fate! The beam was aimed directly at Serra!... and since the beam is extremely fast and was fired from a close distance, dodging it would be very, VERY hard... like, next to impossible or almost. ... During this time... ... As Dracoon made it to the next purifier, there were a few robotic mice cleaning up the area. The mice stopped what they were doing and stared at Dracoon for some reason... | OFF: Open-platform type. Forgot to specify, sorry... The platform is quite small: There isn't much space for battling there and it should be VERY easy to knock the enemies or Schwa and Solaris off the platform. It's quite a fall if a character is knocked off: if Schwa is knocked off, you automatically lose unless Schwa can somehow get back on the platform. The platform was designed to carry people and robot; not to suffer big hits and as such, holes can easily be made on the platform. It may also completely shatter if it suffer enough damage... and if this happens, all characters taking part in the battle will suffer instant-death (in short, you get your 4 kills... but your challenge ends here). ____________________________________________________________________ The Hard Man jumps out of the way of the attack and the Alpha Psibeam strikes the edge of the cliff unstead, doing absolutely nothing. The Hard Man then tries to land head-first on Schwa and since his head is made of a very hard metallic alloy (hence the name Hard Man), the attack would probably make massive damage if it connects! During this time, Magnet Man stands there, waiting. | Goldsterd attempts to block the incoming bricks with his shield... and does! However, the shield does take a bit of damage (these are bricks after all!)... As for Ketra's attempt to take Goldsterd's sword away using her psionic powers... well, it didn't worked. In fact, the sword didn't moved an inch. Looks like Goldsterd, his Nightmare, and all of his equipment can only be affected by physical attacks! Then, suddenly, Rendar's sphere of fire expends and engulf Goldsterd!... but this doesn't do anything. To him, the gigantic sphere of fire was nothing more than a little bit of sunshine. Looks like he's not only immune to magic but to the elements as well... ... Killmore accelerated as the sphere of fire expended... it gained ground... gained ground... Killmore *thinks* faster... faster... FASTER! Killmore finally began to run faster than the sphere expended and then... BOOM!!! A sonic boom! Killmore broke the Barrier of Sound! Then, Killmore stopped just in front of Lynrin, on the edge of the sphere of fire's radius. Lynrin: "That was an impressive attack. Did you had difficulties dodging it?" Killmore: "A little, yes... but I still believe he'll have to do much better." Lynrin: "I tought that we were up against weak enemies... but I am obviously wrong. Since I'm too busy guarding the flag to apologise directly to them, you shall take a second of your time to apologise to them on my behalf, won't you?" Killmore: "I live to serve, master. It shall be done." Killmore ran back toward Rendar... |

| ???: "Aren't you a bit young for fighting in random battles?" Then, the unknow person enters the shop. ???: "You're just a kid after all..." The figure revealed itself to be a green 24-years humanoid female dragon... but it was not any humanoid dragon! She was absolutely gorgereous even according to human standarts! She was wearing just normal clothes altought one could suspect that she wearing something more fit for battle under these... Her blue eyes were filled with kindness and when looking into them, you could feel your fear disappearing. ???: "My name is Firux and I've been sent here on the behalf of the Hunters. We have heard of a child with some extraordinary potential... and I'm here to confirm the rumors... and my research led me here... and seeing from the energy flowing on your arms, it seems that you're the one." Firux smiled. Firux: "Now... come with me. The tests will only last a few minutes, you'll see." |

| Firux smiled. Firux: "I have a cloaking field... a very poweful one..." Firux approached Ryan. Firux: "Did you ever wondered if there was something beyond the stars? Well... we happen to exist way beyond the stars, beyond the void, beyond your imagination. What you currently see is nothing more than a shell, an Avatar... the eyes of mortals cannot grasp our true form. As for our destination..." Firux pointed toward the sky. Firux: "We're going to the Lancer, the place from which our leader controls the entire Universe, making sure everything goes smoothly. You see... our leader has sent various agents to gather DNA and Soul data for Project "Ex"... and we had heard that the mortals held you in high esteem. So... we shall test you to see if you are worthy of taking part in Project "Ex"." Firux's smile widened. Firux: "Also... altought you can say no, I strongly suggest you come with us. | Firux: "Fine... let us do this then..." Firux closed her eyes and for a second, it seemed as if an entity made of pure light had came out of her... a being that was limitless in it's size and power and yet, limited at the same time... a being that could not be described with words. Then, time was frozen for everyone exept Firux and Ryan. Firux: "Let us go." There was a flash of light and then... the two were on the deck of a spaceship in space and judging from the stars that could be seen trought the windows, they were no longer in the solar system! In fact, they were not even close to Ryan's galaxy. They were far... farther than his mind would probably be able to grasp. Beings of various species, many Ryan had never imagined in his whole life, were busy maintening the ship's systems. Firux: "Welcome to our mothership, the Lancer! Officially, our headquarters is the fortress of Heaven within the Prison Dimension... but it is a decoy. Our REAL headquarters is this very spaceship!... and this means that..." A humanoid figure wearing a black armor that was a mix between Master Chief's and Samus's approached the two. ???: "Oh! There you are!" Firux jumped on the figure and started to hug it while kissing it! The figure began to panic, trying to get the female dragon in heat off him. ???: "HMPH! HMPH!" Then, after a few more kisses (and many attempts of the figure to repel Firux), she stood back, blushing. Firux: "Oops... sorry Admiral... it's just that... well... I..." ???: "You know it can't work. As the Admiral of the Hunters, all creatures of the Universe can be considered my creations, my children... and well, dating and mating with a creation or a child is well... just plain wrong. As such, I shall repeat it for 4101315403430203th time... our relationship shall remain purely professionnal... and anyway, I did give you a mission, did I?" Firux: "Oh, sorry. I brought the mortal here, as ordered. His name is Ryan!" ???: "I know that. He's also supposed to be able to reincarnate, isn't it? An unique ability... but very dangerous. Still, he may have abilities that will be vital to Project "Ex"... and I just realised I didn't presented myself properly." The figure made a step backward and took on a triumphant pose. ???: "I am Zerodius, the current Admiral of the Hunters and the being who has been chosen to rule over all souls in and out of the Universe. Ever since the Creation, we, Hunters, have done our best to make sure that our creations would have happy, peaceful, and productive lives and I, as the Admiral, is proud to say that I believe that we're doing a more or less nice job." Firux: "MORE OR LESS?!? You are great, marvelous, extraordinary! You're the one that made up Project "Ex" and man-made the Mother Ex! You have led the Alliance during the Apocalypse War and destroyed Evil once and for all!... and now! You're so marvelous, so extraordinary, so great that you just can't keep your greatness to this Possibility alone, sending "Ex" beings in other worlds so they may experience, just like our people, what a world without Evil may be!" Zerodius: "A Hunter's job is never done, Firux... well, it's false. Our job is already done... but altought the mortals of our own Possibility no longer need us, many Possibilities need our help! We must not sit down and boast about our past success! We must look toward the future and continue to fight for a better future!" Firux turned to Ryan. Firux: "He IS a great person, isn't he?" Zerodius: "Bah! I bet that I must have looked like a clown now..." Firux: "HA! Nonsense!" Zerodius: "Come on! Do I look so great? I look like a common guy in a common high-tech armor... and this "Ryan" guy didn't seen neither my actions themselves, neither their effects. The only thing I think you succeeded into doing was showing Ryan just how much arrogant and blind we can get." Firux: "He is so humble..." Zerodius: "Enough! Cheap flattery won't get you a date, you know! Use your energy on something productive, unstead, like showing this mortal our ship and anwsering his questions. Now... MOVE OUT!" Firux: "Sure, sir!" As Firux led Ryan out of the room, she whispered to him... Firux *whispering*: "I know that he's denying it... but I know he's totally nuts about me... but you're too young to understand those things, aren't you?" |

| Lyrnin stares at Snipes as he flies in the air... and then, Lynrin simply disappear! That's right, he just goes POOF! and... that's all! ... Goldsterd: "Hmph! Two on one! How unfair!" The Nightmare turned to the side, allowing Goldsterd to block the Dragon Slash with his shield. Then, he saw the incoming enchanted blade... Goldsterd: "Oh no! You don't!" Golsterd took aim and slashed the incoming steel blade with his Magic Buster sword! His sword was very long and was infused with an unique curse that caused the target's offensive power to be reduced to next to nothing should he/she/it be struck... but the worst was that Goldsterd's attacks were "Certain Death Strikes" (NOT to be confused with Instant Death!). This meant that each time Goldsterd strikes a target (doesn't matter if it's blocked or not as long as it connects), the power of his attacks against this single target is doubled which means that the longer the fight, the stronger he gets... Fortunately, the effects of the "Certain Death Strike" was cancelled once the target was defeated (read: sent to prison) or if Goldsterd himself is defeated. ... Altought he was the only one who could strike Snipes, Killmore knew better than harassing him with arrows... Killmore ran for it! He would grab the flag and bring it back to Lynrin before Snipes could return to the base with their flag! |

| Schwa's attack successfully envelopped Magnet Man but as his magnetic powers were increased to insanely high levels, the effects the magnetism had were not the same as espected... It then became obvious that the magnetism was affecting ONLY Magnet Man... which means it didn't do anything to Schwa's and Hard Man's parties... but it DID paralysed Magnet Man! In fact, the magnetic field is so strong that Magnet Man can't even attack! Until his overcharge of magnetic energy has dissolved (require 3 turns), Magnet Man cannot move and cannot be moved from his spot. ... During this time, Hard Man got stuck in the plaform as his head passed trought the platform. | Firux stared at Ryan in disgust... Firux: "Man! Why do EVERY single non-Hunter Immortal has to sound like a moronic 80-years old senile male human?!? Don't you have any curiosity? Any dreams? ANYTHING that makes your existance something else than a waste of time and thus, gives me a good reason NOT to pound you into the ground for the horrible stuff you just said?" It was obviously that Firux did NOT liked Ryan at all. In fact, she was deeply upset that he had great powers for, else, she wouldn't have hesitated to erase him from the Timeline! Firux believed that Evil was born becease of beings just like Ryan whose dreams had shattered, who feelings had been suppressed, and acted all arrogant around people who believed in their dreams and feelings. |

| Slowly, Phantron awakened as her nice self. She looked around completely confused... how had she landed in this mine? Where was Snipes? Phantron activated her thrusters and slowly flied out of the mine trought the opening in the ceiling. Then, she headed toward the place where Snipes was supposed to be waiting for her... and only found a letter. Phantron read it and felt a bit upset. Phantron: "Was it THAT much of an emergency?!? Couldn't he have waited for me to return before going to get supplies?" Then, Phantron just realised she had no memories of why she had gone toward the mines... Phantron: "Eerr... and why did I left in the first place? Hmm... well... mustn't be important if I cannot remember it! After all, I am a robot and unlike biological beings, we have control over what we forget and as such, do not forget important stuff!" Phantron stood there and waited for Snipes' return... |

| Goldsterd stops right as he was about to dive into the trench. Goldsterd: "Whoa! Well... I admit it. Your team wins... for now. The first round goes to you! We have understimated you and received the punishment we deserved..." ... Killmore, unlike Goldsterd, did not gave up when he was the trench. BOOM!!! He broke the Barrier of Sound again and then, he jumped! He was seemingly flying as he made it over the trench... and then, he landed right next to the flag, behind Rendar. Killmore: "I take possession of this flag in the name of Sir Killalot, the Dark Lord!" Killmore grabbed the flag and began to run for it, hoping to reach the speed of sound before Rendar could stop him and before the expending force field would block his escape route! ... Lynrin is still nowhere to be seen. How very weird... |

Firux invited Ryan to follow her into the main deck. From there, she would tell Ryan how to access the various decks and rooms of the ship and what function each deck and room served. |

| OFF: to Darkflight: Phantron decides to look at Snipes and see more in-detail what he looks like. After all, she didn't got quite a good look of him when she first met him! ...this means that in your next post, you should put in the full physical description of Snipes. ____________________________________________________________________ Phantron: "Ha! There you are! I just wonder... why didn't you wait for me? I don't know why I left but since it was erased from my memory, it must have been something trivial and thus, wouldn't have taken that much time, isn't it?" Phantron awaited for Snipes's reply. As she waited, she began to look at him more carefully, analysing his body's shape and his overall design... After all, she hadn't taken really the time to analyse his body fully when she first met him. She was too busy looking for breaches in his armor and fixing them to really notice what he was looking like... |

| Sir Killalot suddenly reappears in the middle of the field! He had not vanished, he had became one with the shadows, thus becoming invinsible! Goldsterd and Killmore moved back to the middle of the arena... Lynrin: "We understimated you, worthy opponents and as such, we got what we deserved: a harsh defeat. We are quite honored by your request for a rematch, I could say... and as such, we shall accept." Lynrin placed his halberd over his head and dark flames errupted from his helmet. Lynrin: "I call upon the powers of the Black Wind! Rob us of our suffering! Take away our wounds and bring them back into the Darkness, where they shall be used better than just being on our bodies and souls!" Suddenly, everything grown dark and the wind blew... and as it did, both sides recovered to full health. Also, broken equipment is repaired, magical powers are recovered, and all status changes are removed. In short, everybody returns to the status they had before the match had begun. Lynrin: "Now that we are back to our original status... we are ready to begin our rematch. Killmore! Goldsterd! Get in position!" |

| Phantron had not heard half of Snipes' words... Phantron *thinks* Why is that happening... to a robot? I was not designed for such things... and yet... Phantron was busy looking at him... For some reason, her mechanical heart had started pumping at a faster pace and she felt as if her systems were activating a process she had no control over... a process triggered by her perceptions... or maybe was it the process that changed her perceptions? She didn't knew which was which... and frankly, she did not care at all. Snipes was obviously a humanoid robot... but something about him made him look radically different from all the other humanoid robots she had ever seen... Still, this intrigued her... Snipes was built to look like a somewhat common human. He was a bit tall but not too much, a bit like her exept he wasn't as large in width as him. His arms were larger than average but he wasn't an ultra strong robot obviously... his armor was made of a somewhat dull grey... but the grey looked great and even cool with the parts of black heavy armor on top of the main armor. His face was somewhat normal... but there was something in his hair and his deep, blue eyes that fascinated her... He was so ordinary and yet so extraordinary at the same time... he was made according to a common design and yet, his estethic style had been pulled off in a graceful and unique way... ...and his personality contributed to make him even more unique. Altought she had seen many "cool" acting robots before, they had all felt fake... Snipes was different. He was naturally cool and his personality was the fruit of his own reprogramming trought his years of experience, not trought five tiny seconds of starting up a preset personality. He was truly the most unique robot she had ever seen... but then, as her mechanical heart continued to beat and the process began to take effect, she found out her definition of Snipes was incorrect. He was not unique... he was... Phantron *thinks* This... this cannot be... I am a robot... ...and yet, it was. He was not unique, he was... attractive. She found him really, really attractive despite the fact they had met just so recently... and yet, Phantron couldn't help but wonder if this was possible. After all, mechanical beings were not designed for such a thing. She knew very well she was not designed for such events... and yet... Phantron *thinks* I'm calling myself a "she"... This evidence struck her. If she would truly not be designed for that, she wouldn't feel the need to call herself a "she". An impersonnal "he" or an "it" would have been enough... and yet, she felt the need to call herself a "she"... Indeed... she had a "gender polarity". Altought her true function was unknow to her, she knew that the "gender polarity" played no role in her function... and yet, it had been implemented. But then, she wondered, how could she find Snipes attractive? She was not even sure he was a true "he"... but then again, she could feel something in the way he acted, in the way he was evolving mentally, in the way he was living... there was definitely something that defined him as a "he" and that, even if he happened to lack a "gender polarity" at the time of his activation. Phantron smiled sweetly and blushed... within her, a cursed power, totally independant of that pleasant process that was filling her veins with the drugs biological beings call "hormones", was awakening. The power called to Snipes... to his soul... but the call went unanwsered... ... Phantron: "Err... well... my memory... in RAM, right? Yeah... right... hee..." It was obvious Phantron had not fully understood what Snipes and unless he was completely blind, he would also realise what was happening before his eyes... |

| After crossing the main door, the two made it to the main deck... Firux: "Welcome to the hub for all of the decks on this ship!" It's then that it became obvious just how gigantic the Lancer truly was. The deck was expending way beyond Ryan's line of sight... it wouldn't be surprsing if the ship was bigger than a planet! The deck was, in truth, a gigantic 3d maze made of thousands of tubes. Within the maze were billions of agents of all species and all jobs, travelling toward their next destinations at speeds way beyond the speed of sound. The sight of all those forms of life, both mechanical and biological, travelling at such high speeds and in an seemingly complete disorder, was enough to make one realise how small he was... and yet, there was an obvious and yet hidden order to the chaos. Each creature was moving for a purpose, was going toward a set goal... Some were going to the hangar, others were repairing the maze, others were carrying materials or machines to other decks, others cleaned the maze... the maze truly looked like a civilization of it's own. On the edges of the maze, thousands of elevators of all sizes and shapes... Firux: "Do you like speed?... becease we'll have to use the Speed Tubes to reach the hidden elevator in sector 13, Quadrant IV, angle 267." |

| OFF: Actually, this could be a very good plot twist. Phantron created this "nice" version of herself in order to get Snipes' abilities... but her true personality is not the most ancient one but the most "alive" one, the dominant one. As such, if Phantron's nicer self's love (or whatever other feelings she may have) grow stronger than the original's hatred for all life, the original Phantron will become unable to erase her nicer self. ____________________________________________________________________ Phantron suddenly got out of her dream world and this time, she understood all of Snipes' words. Phantron: "Huh huh huh?!? What?... oh... NOW I understand. Sorry, don't know what happened. Some kind of strange bug caused me to somehow becomes trapped into my own toughts. I'm now free however. There's no need to repeat what you said. I automatically keep records of what people say in my recent memories..." Phantron closed her eyes and chased the pictures of Snipes out of her mind. Then, she remembered what he had said that she had ignored... Phantron opened her eyes... Phantron: "OK... I didn't tought I had been gone for two long hours, actually. This worries me... how could such a large part of my recent memories be missing?... but however, this could be nothing. You see, as a free-willed robot, I choose myself what memories to erase in order to keep my memory chip in a good condition. Maybe my trip into the mine revealed itself to be deathfully boring, thus explaining me not remembering it!" Phantron then approached the supplies... Phantron: "I see that you made quite a good choice for the supplies. This will be very useful for us. Anyway... I... huh?" Suddenly, something went wrong with her memory chip. A part of her memory that belonged to her real, evil self leaked into her nicer self's memory... Phantron: "OH! I... I just remembered something about my trip to the mine! A very important info! Critical information even! OK! It seems that several creatures are trying to open the door that protect a very important artifact of some kind... and for some reason, in my memory, the treasure is considered. What is weird is that it's important in a secondary way, not primary... but still, it's important. In fact, the indications as how to find it are more important than the treasure itself, which is weird... anyway! According to what I remembered, we must find something called the Radio Ring. This will allow us to extract a plant know as the Nightmare Weed in the jungle to the west of the main island. This Nightmare Weed is some kind of key and is vital for some reason." Phantron stared at Snipes for a few seconds, not saying anything... Phantron: "I wonder... did you came to investigate about this treasure matter or something?" | OFF: You got confused a bit. Killalot and Lynrin are the same person. Killalot is a nickname he got becease Lynrin doesn't sound very threatening (face it, an enemy that calls himself "Dark Lord Lynrin" sounds more humourous than threatening. On another hand, "Dark Lord Killalot" sounds a lot more impressive). Goldsterd is not fast but is very strong. Killmore is not strong but is very fast. ____________________________________________________________________ Lynrin discussed with his teamates... and they decided to opt for a different strategy this time... |
