hello, i've already tried reading and searching thru this forum with google, but didn't have much luck. i was wondering if there's a way to insert midi/nsf files into a NES rom, like Zelda for example? is there such a program that lets you import/extract music files from NES roms? thanks. | |||

thanks guys for the replies! how did i miss that post about the smb music engine! now after reading that post, i think changing Zelda 1's music will be a difficult task. i just wish there was a Zelda editor that could let me insert FF music! but anyways, i was curious because i remember seeing rom hacks with "remix" in the name, and wondered how they changed the music and how hard it was. |
