| I sent insectduel an email, but I'll just post it here: I get trash when I patch it to 41,488 roms. It might have to do something with the insert GFX stuff of SMB Utility, that feature may not be designed for 41,488 roms. You can just send me the roms with email, and I'll create the IPS patches. | I consider both catergories (besides Other) and flames spam. Techincally, flames (and the pointeless one and/or two word posts) are kind of off-topic, since offending people (and pointeless one and/or two word posts) would probably be off-topic in the thread. Then again, I'm not 100% sure exactly what are considered flames here. Attempting to cause or add to drama is also like spam to me now (of which I've done before *feels stupid and ashamed*). | Looking at Zophar's SNES SRM archive, I found this described as "100%", but I'm not sure if this would have Extra levels completed. Heck, I don't really know how Yoshi's Island works, since I never really played it (I did before but it wasn't serious). | I uploaded insectduels' hack, so it is released. You can download it here. IMPORTANT: Before you patch any of the IPS files included in the ZIP file to a "Super Mario Bros. (JU) (PRG0) [!].nes" ROM, patch the IPS inside this ZIP file to the ROM I mentioned first, then patch any of those IPS files I'm talking about. Description: This hack is a recreation of World 9 from SMB2j, with an extra 9-5 at the end. It has 3 variations: The regular one with no Red Piranha Plants, running Hammer Bros., and Luigi Game, the "Advanced" one with the Red Piranha Plants, running Hammer Bros., and Luigi Game, and the "Advanced (FDS GFX)" one, which is the same as "Advanced" but has some SMB2j GFX. I hope you guys enjoy this hack. Sorry to be a bit off-topic, but if you would like your hack to be hosted (doesn't have to be a hack of SMB), email me at smbhacks@gmail.com (I check this more often) or smbpooey@yahoo.com (I don't check here as much). I do not guarantee that I will host your hack no matter what. I may not host it if I dislike it enough. If you want me to host your hack(s), please take the time to send me the IPS(es) or ROM(s), a description, what should I call you as the author, and the name of the hack (if it isn't mentioned in the hack). If you don't send in the following after "send me the IPS(es) or ROM(s)", I will make those up with info I have and know by myself. Also, this is optional, but please write a readme, too. I would greatly appreciate that. | I'm guessing that since viruses can spread into media such as floppy disks, CDs, etc., there were viruses when you backed up your rom. In other words, your brother needs lessons on PC security. I'm very sorry that your rom was corrupted. |
