Googie: Yeah, I used SMB Utility. I already figured out how to use sort area to shuffle the levels around. (Level 3-3 is based on 4-3, for instance) I'm starting to mess around with some new levels now.

Anyone know if it's possible to add another underwater level? I've seen other hacks that change water levels into castles or underground levels, so I guess it's just a value I need to change in a hex editor?
