Anikiti,

I had my Japanese friend look around your page and I can't find downloads of your hacks so far. I really really like Luigi's Adventure,

In the world four castle there is a big section of lava with only podobos to spin jump on, all the while the ceiling is trying to crush me. The only thing I can come up with is to try and spin jump on the podobos to cross the pit. Is this what is supposed to happen or just an uncrossable place to distract the player?

I've seen the old bung rom loaders for SNES/SFC in a handful of places, unfortunately they are expensive and I'm hesitant to buy something so expensive that's already aged considerably.

So the question... is it possible to do with SNES/SFC roms what the guy at Nesreproductions.com (reference nmorgan's thread) is doing with NES/FC roms?

Also, I've been using a ps2 controller with zsnes with my usb interface. I feel latency unfortunately. I've considered that possibly the d-pad on a ps2 joystick is 8 way and the snes is 4 way and that this could cause some problems. Honestly, I wish I could find a snes to pc ps2 keyboard port like my hotrod does. I'm aware that there are parallel port adapters but it doesn't seem it would be quite as direct as ps2, maybe I'm wrong. The hotrod's special keyboard encoder can actually push more keys through the bus than some older computers can handle. That's the kind of latency smashing interface I'd like to see. Ps2 keyboard encoders are available for wiring one's own controls for M.A.M.E. machines but I haven't discovered any similar solutions for an SNES/SFC pad.

Not technically a rom hacking question but since there are japanese and english natives alike maybe someone can point me to a site that has the japanese names of all the mario elements, notably, SMB3 and SMW. It doesn't matter at all if the names are in katakana/hiragana. A link to some scanned booklets would be cool but not essential. Anyone?
