| Has he ever expressed any interest in you? If he's never home, did you consider he might have someone else? And if he doesn't, he might have a life that's too busy to include someone else. Why don't you just go over at some point and start talking to him at a time you actually see him around? That seems like the best approach, quite honestly, Bella. It's not too assuming, nor is it too obvious. Admittedly, I don't know how girls think, but I do know how I think as a guy, and if a girl is really obvious, I might be a little skiddish, honestly.
