| When I stopped drinking soda over a four month period, I lost around 20 lbs or so. But that was in combination with a general overall change to a better diet change, here over the past few months that I've come out of a time when I could eat little more than rice without getting sick, I've noticed I've regained all that wait previously, and now I find myself drinking soda again. But I know that if I cut back on at least the soda, the weight will go down (as it has in the past two weeks or so). I'm not sure what it is about soda, but it really can be a hassle for those trying to lose weight. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Exercise is good too. Once a day might even be too much, I'd try to keep it to around like every other day but not with a pattern, I mean like unless she starts it first. |

Oh man, you beat me to posting this. Yes, it's very sad that Bob Denver has passed. Gilligan's Island is one of my favourite shows out there, and it's very sad how many of its cast have passed on. |
