Clocky, that was cheap. Really cheap.

I'll do something cheaper to make this fight more fair.

Kefka comes in behind Rockman and knocks him senseless. He then proceeds to pull out "EarlierTimes," a mysterious item (from SMRPG) that warps one back in time. He opens it and is warped back to earlier in the fight. The moment is now just before Rockman stopped time. Kefka instantly throws a law card in the air that nullifies all "Stop" spells. Therefore, Rockman's spell will not work.

There, now it's fair.

EDIT: now, don't do cheap things like "stop time"
