Eh heh. This'll be a battle. Before creating any stupidass comments, I'm going to wait to see what Mr. Arlen Specter has to say about the guy. Once I get that opinion, I'll be able to tell how much of a battle this'll be... for if EVERY Republican supported the guy, then a filibuster would be shot down. To think, the press is talking filibuster already, and NOTHING'S HAPPENED YET.

Can't you just check out GameFAQs or something? I mean, they have tons of people that have nothing better to do with their lives but write about this stuff and submit it to them. You could even find out how to beat the game without ever playing it!

Why would you play FFIX that many times? It wasn't even that great.

Secondly, maybe she didn't hesitate. I don't see her hesitating when I see it. I just see her drop it. Maybe she doesn't want it to go, but then again, none of us really like to leave things that we have grown accustomed to, right?

As for the length of the ending, here is how you answer your question:

You will need:

Every FF game
Appropriate systems and equipment for them
A TV, likely
A stopwatch

1. Play through every single FF game and beat it.
2. Use the stopwatch to time how long the ending goes from when you lose control of the characters until "The End" or "Fin" or whatever pops up.
3. Compare the times of all the endings.
4. Decide which game has the longest ending.

To be fair, I don't think the boss themes were that bad in FFIIIj, but they could use a LITTLE tweaking... but not a lot. I'm sure whatever the final boss theme is, it will probably sound a little bit like the other boss theme... but that's just based on the NES experience.

No, it was only announced a few months ago. I don't see what's taking so long that we're not even hearing anything--Square can crank out FF games from scratch in a year as they've shown in the past, let alone when they already have all the code on hand.
