That's easy. Go out into the world! When I'm bored of the net and I've got nothing else to do, I take my bike into the countryside and cycle along paths and around lakes.

It's also nice to take a packed lunch and eat it on a sunny day. Fortunately, Spring is coming up (if you live in the Northern Hemisphere, that is, heh heh ^^;;, and it's the best time to get out and about.

Actually, I failed to mention that I'm learning OOP in Java and Python as well. Our main class in OOP uses C++ though. That's the one that is teaching us OCL and UML as well.
Java seems a lot clearer than C++, and you can definately see that it's a language that grew in the time when OOP was being born.
In our Java classes, we were even taught how everything is derived from a super class. It's really quite interesting and I feel kinda sad when I say that it's quite philosophical

But the difference is with C++ is that it supports OO natively, right? That would make it a lot easier to whip up a solution in a shorter period of time, and also make it less of a hassle if you were charged with maintaining a piece of software as well.

We started off programming procedurally in Java. We just kept everything inside a container class. We were totally clueless about Java's nature until our classes shed light on it.

Elmo: Exactly... There's no minigames, there's no driving section, no obligatory ice level or management option.
Ico really is a lesson of how to make a 3d platformer.

Me and Chad have argued so much over Ico. I'm so adamant that Sony should release it on platinum. That way the original copy retains it's value, and more people will be able to play it.
People who own the original copy could play the platinum version and keep the original locked safely away wher it can't be scratched.
Unfortunately, Sony aren't going to re-release it any time soon, which really disappoints me

I thought it was good, but it was too drawn out. I thought the film was about to end about three times, and yet it didn't. I could've achieved a far greater impact if it was short and sweet, but it tried to hard to extend itself.

It wasn't too bad, though

I had my Web based systems exam today. Basically it was "what does this tag do" and a few questions about document objects in java and forms and stuff.

It's rare that I encounter an exam in life that's basically a speed writing contest, and I was quite pleased with it today.

Later on this year, I have to make an interactive website. If there ever was a chance to really show off, this is it.

So, is there an exam that was written just for you?
