| The sound of quick footfalls could be heard as Rad jogged up towards Ryo and the other person Ryo was talking to. The young man skidded to a stop within arms reach of both of them, turned to Ryo, and explained why he was late. "Busses were shut down for a while because of some kind of distrubance." He then shrugged and continued speaking, "Hida-san bolded out of the dojo the moment he heard about it, though." Rad, not currently bothering to intorduce himself to the other person, dug a stick of pocky out of his pocket and munching on it. |

| "Protect!" A shell of light covered the part of Rad closest to the ground, minimizing the damage he took. He then pointed Excalibur at Dogan and cried, "Holy Explosion!" A wave of light desended from the heavens towards Dogan, and continuing on through the arena. OOC: Yes, it has the same effects as the FFT version.  |

| OOC: Subtractive magic is one of two "pure" forms of mana Rahl can channel. Subtractive magic deatomizes matter on contact, and can break apart the bonds holding a spell together. The amount of matter or mana it can destroy is equal to the amount put in. The other "pure" mana is Additive, which Rahl uses to cast all his spells save black magic. Rahl took a quick step back and another to the side, dodging Schwa's swings, and he also noticed the enchantments on Schwa's fists. He then swung his blade towards Schwa's ribcage. OOC: Rahl doesn't have a lot of physical power, he has technique and skill. |

| Around my place, I've seen deer, foxes, and other such creatures in my yard, let alone on the gravel roads around my place. My dad drives a feed truck for a nearby feed plant (Champion Feeds), and has nearly hit a lot of animals. spncram, be happy it wasn't a moose or an elk. If you did hit it, your car wouldn't be here, let alone you. |

| Rad opened his dufflebag and pulled out a small umbrella, opening it and holding it above himself. He then crouched down closer to the ground, pulled his dufflebag next to himself, and waited for Ryo to return. Training? What does he mean by that? Rad continued to munch on his bar of pocky, oblivious to the distortions in the air, seeing as he had his back to the coast, and therefore most of the distortions. |

| Faint sword swings can be heard as a being moves through the forest, cleaving any trees that stand in his way. He can be heard singing under his breath, his footfalls following the beat of the song. He appears to be completly oblivious he is nearing another person. He then begins to chant loud enough for Schwa to hear, knowing full well he should be able to sense the mana increase. "Darkness beyond twlight. Crimson blood that flows." | Rahl, cursing lightly under his breath upon seeing his opponent's attack, used the mana he had charged for Dragu Slave, and shifted it to another spell. "Gate!" A faint circle appeared under his feet, and Rahl appeared to fall into the ground through it, Schwa's rings narrowly missing Rahl's head. Another ring appeared a good twenty feet behind Schwa, and Rahl was launched into the air from it, in such a path he would land directly behind his opponent. As he fell, he silently drew his sword and swung the flat side at the back of his opponent's head. |

With but a gesture, Rahl pulled his orb of energy apart, creating two seperate balls of mana, which now increased growing, although at a slower rate. | Rahl mutters under his breath, and quickly dives to the side, noticing the fox shooting past him. He quickly regained his footing, and reached into a pouch at his side. "I was hoping not to have to use this yet." He pulled out a handfull of what appeared to be black sand, and held it in sight of his opponent. "This is a form of Sorcerer Sand, to be exact, this is the type that increases the power of Subtractive magic. Each grain of sand up to doubles the power of a spell that involves Subtractive magic." Rahl shifted his hand so it was pointing towards Schwa's fox. "Seeing as you do not appear to wish to witness the Dragu Slave, this will have to suffice. The blast range is around the same, anyway." He then waited for either of his oppenents to make a move. |

| "Why? So you can simply smack the attack back at me?" Rahl laughed and pulled his left hand back, chanting. "Darkness from twilight, Crimson from blood that flows; Buried in the flow of time; In Thy great name, I pledge myself to darkness! Those who oppose us shall be destroyed by the power you and I possess!" The orb in Rahl's left hand shimmered and shifted colour to purple-black before he moved to hold it in front of himself. "Dragu Slave!" A series of red beams erupted from the dark orb Rahl held, all zooming towards the warrior. "It would be a bit hard to return field destruction, though you may attempt it." |

| A friend of mine grabbed it for his comp yesterday, and the only difference I noticed is the spinning loading symbol was changed. Seeing as 0.8 works fine, I see no point in upgrading yet. |

| For some reason, when I try to play anime on my computer, most of the videos don't have any sound. Is there any ideas anyone has that might fix this? I run Windows XP Home, and Winamp 5.03. |
