Ugh, nosebleeds... I had a polyp in my sinus which somehow caused me to have frequent nose bleeds. It was horrible... once every 3 or 4 days even, sometimes more. The polyp is gone now though, and I haven't have a noseblees since. Usually, I plug myself up with a tissue and lean forward. |

I live in walking distance from Six Flags Magic Mountain. In my opinion, this is the best theme park in the United States! ... Okay, fine, (to avoid arguments) one of the best! I'll go on anything... water rides are always refreshing on a hot day, none of the coasters really scare me anymore, the arcades are always fun (DDR machines!)... However, the midway games where you can win stuffed animals are a rip-off. I won't touch those ever again. |

I usually don't participate in these sort of things, but those one sounded too fun to pass up. ... I did it! How does it look?!? What do you think? |

A friend of mine actully signed up for the Sociolotron beta test. It's supposed to be an interesting game... I would give it a try. There IS more to it than rampant raping.

I'm, for some reason, not impressed. At all. There's better looking games out there right about now. Online ones too.

If you want to take it from someone who has played both the Sony PSP and the Nintendo DS... I find the DS to be a lot more appealing. Sony PSP is trying to be everything it can at once -- Nintendo's new handheld is strictly a game system. I'm not really going to contribute anything else to this thread for now... except for this picture of a beat up Sony PSP. |

Yes! So skilled am I at the identification process... Or maybe it was sheer luck, I don't know. You successfully identified 14 out of 14 items. You may be trusted with my dog. Must be from browsing all of those fetish sex toy web-sites with my girlfriend. Okay, time for the difficult round. You successfully identified 13 out of 14 items. You may be trusted with my dog. I missed one. So close, almost got a perfect score! I incorrectly identified... Let's see if you guys can get it... |

Have we all forgotten about Acmlm's site itself?? http://acmlm.overclocked.org/ Lots of interesting hacks to be found there. |

There's nothing weird about that. It even mentions it in the instruction manual, I believe. If you erase your travel data, that's what happens.

But... This problem is not a glitch! It's not even in that "Glitch Guide". It was intended to be there.

Congrats on the 3 years... You know, I myself have been here about 3 years (or more) now too. If we were on the old board, I could tell you the exact date I joined... *sigh*

DVD discs are already obsolete. There's better stuff out there. It's just that, the technology is so widespread... it would be hectic to introduce a new format when everyone has just settled into this one.

When I was younger, I recieved an award from Nintendo recognizing me as one of the top Super Mario Bros. players in the United States. I really should find the letter they sent me, and my patch award... They first noticed me when I reached World 9, and sent them a video-- just before they started the national Nintendo Power No-Warping contest. I was, and still am able to play through the Super Mario Bros. games (1, 2j, and 3) without losing a life or getting hit... and no warping either! Now, I try to do things like completing the game without collecting any coins, or I try to compete with time records on various web-sites. I am getting close, it's a matter of shaving a few seconds off here and there to meet with them.

I thought about this once before. This really depressed friend of mine explained, "I have nothing to live for.", and I said to myself... "What would I do with myself if I had NOTHING to live for anymore?" Of course, isn't the answer obvious? Don't throw your life away when you can spend whats left of it having fun. Go steal stuff! If you get caught and get sent to jail-- who cares? You were gonna kill yourself anyway! If not? Hey, free stuff! Rob a game store and get the games you want. Rob a bank, make some money! Be insane, do whatever you want, and don't let the law stop you! This means... Before you hold a stick-up at the mini-mart, drink a slushie straight out of the dispensing machine. Open a bag of chips you haven't paid for and start snacking. Who cares? You have nothing to live for! Have fun with your life! And then rob the place (though, you shouldn't hurt anyone... don't bring innocent happy people's misfortune into it) and make off like the bandit you are! Live the fun criminal experience! That is what I'd do instead of Committing Suicide... And I'm a good person! I'd normally never do any of those things. This is assuming I've lost everything and everyone of value in my life, and honestly had nothing to live for. Probably could never happen... but... those are my thoughts anyway. |

*sigh* What next? Favorite Mario left shoe? "I thought Mario's left shoe in Mario Party 2 was exquisite!" "Are you joking? The left shoe of Mario in Super Mario World was most admirable!" I know I'm no longer local moderator of this forum due to the board wipeout and all, but I'm just suggesting that maybe we cool it on the "favorite/best" threads. They've been going on for so long! Oh well, I guess it cannot be stopped. My favorite boss? Big Boo! The battle with it in SMW was always really fun for me... |

GBA SP Famicom Edition! C'mon, the red and white theme is so irresistable!!! ... Or the NES Classic one is nice too.

Originally posted by LizardKing I guess that all depends on if you're out to make yourself feel better with what's left of your life, or if you want others to feel better. I think going out to Kenya and trying to help those people would depress me even more, because it's sad... and if I ever were to commit suicide, that wouldn't do much in the way of helping me feel better. Because of the fact I don't think I'd ever commit suicide, or even want to, all of the thoughts seem quite preposterous. I dedicate my life to doing constructive things and changing the world in whatever way (big or small) that I can. |

You know those GameBoy Advance carts that claim to have (number) games? Usually ONE of them is a normal GameBoy Advance game, and the rest are games running on an outdated version of Pocket NES, and are unplayable because they can't be supported anyway, like Duck Hunt, Hogan's Alley, Gyromite... I have a few GBA Flash Carts, and I highly reccomend them if you want to take a whole bunch of games with you at once. It's really fun and convenient! |

Originally posted by Uncle Elmo Ahh!! When I saw the thread, I was getting all ready to write about VIB Ribbon, but you pretty much covered it already! VIB Ribbon is my favorite game of all time... I really wish it could have came out in the US. It's really a shame that so many people never even got the chance to try it. And, KawaiiImoto-e, I too have put hours into both Kuru Kuru Kururin games. Mastered the 1st one, stars on all stages... However, I can't beat the super super final secret stage in Kururin Paradise without getting hit. I have a star on every other stage, except for that one. Something interesting... At E3 in 2002, there was an English Kururin Paradise. However, it still remains unreleased in the US. I suppose they made an English translation just for E3! What a drag, would have been cool if they released that here too... |
