Thank you! I worked very hard on it. Your words have made me feel all warm and fuzzy. But really, I'm glad to know someone out there is having fun with my game. Those tedious late-night crunch hours paid off. (The music on the level you mentioned is a slightly altered version of "Come With Me", by the artist Special D. You probably won't recognize much else because the majority of the music in XInvert was composed by my girlfriend's brother, a talented musician. )

Anyone having difficulties figuring out how to play should probably check the read me file that is included with the game. I think I did a good job clearing up the important stuff.

And, erm, The_Raven... Sorry for your difficulties. If you're really interested in playing, give it another shot at downloading. (Try Mirror 2) Someone had a similar problem, like some kind of read error... and they re-downloaded it. After that, it worked fine. Give it a shot, if you want.

Thanks to everyone that downloaded this game. Anyone who can get a screenshot of the credits screen in XInvert will have the chance to preview an upcoming game of mine. You up for it?

I feel so embarassed having just watched that...

Notice the black buttons on the NES? How strange.

I really didn't enjoy, but it's not my type of movie anyway.

I sort of wished I had just used the money to see The Phantom of the Opera for the fourth time. That movie is good the first time, and each time after that.

American Dad looks... weird. I was totally going for it, it sounded cool. That is until I heard there's a talking alien as one of the main characters.

There's supposed to be a preview of American Dad after the Superbowl this weekend.

Check "http://www.fox.com/americandad/home.htm"
If that's the case... Then why does it say, "As we confirmed earlier, a sneak preview of the American Dad pilot episode will air Sunday, Feb. 6th after Super Bowl XXXIX". This is not the premiere, it's a preview, like I said.

"American Dad Season One will begin its run on Sunday, May 1st at 9:30/8:30c immediately following the triumphant return of Family Guy at 9/8c on the same night."

I'm telling you, it's not the premiere episode.

They actually just sell them on DVD now; I found them at my local GameStop. It's not like they're expensive or anything, and they're decent quality too.

EB Games has always treated me profesionally, and the employees get to know me on a first name basis. As for GameStop... as frequent as I show up, I could be a new face every time to those peole.

That's really cool, but it seems like quite a complicated process for most people that would be interested.

It used to be that my local swap meet had a guy who sold NES flash carts (and the PC connector, which went through the parallel port), but they were about $30 each, and the size of the smaller famicom game carts, not NES ones. The box looked pretty cheesy too, like the kind of cheap "Hong Kong" product you'd expect it to be, and probably is. However, I'm sure it's a good investment for those that would like to forgo the gamebits and the soldering. I'm REALLY kicking myself for not getting this, when I could have...

Be more specific. There is no Final Fantasy 7 game coming out on the PSP.

Are you retarded?
Final Fantasy: Advent Children
Final Fantasy: Crisis Core

Is that specific enough for you?

Hey genius... What the hell is your problem? Back off.

Advent Children is not a damned game-- it's a movie, smart guy. Unless you're amused by moving the selector in a DVD menu.

Might want to look at the date of the fucking post too. Final Fantasy VII: Crisis Core was not officially announced yet, only Final Fantasy VII: Before Crisis, the cell phone game that I mentioned I saw at E3. People were curious (before Crisis Core was actually unvieled) if Crisis Core was actually that.

I've had this screen name since around 1994 and I've freely put it wherever I want... I do not have a problem with spam at all, and I never have. My filters work fine.

I'll show Jen this thread, and she'll be surprised about it... Maybe I can get her to make a single post in here after all. A little late, but, whatever.

I'm really looking forward to E3 this year to see what sort of rumours from the past turn out to be bull-shit. I'm sure everyone here has seen that 2D looking "Super Mario 128" preview screenshot thing... I want to see how close they were. Also, I'm very curious to see if this whole "Nintendo 21" crap turns out to be gospel or garbage.

As usual, I'll have an E3 Report with lots of movies and pictures of interesting stuff I see there. Expect it to be extra nice this year.

Just do a Google Image search for "Super Mario 128 Screenshots", that will show you them. They're likely bull, but... who knows.

That's awesome! What's your hook up, Anya?

I was referring to those platic-like screen shots, by the way. We'll see how real, or how close those are to what Super Mario 128 actually is...

I hope to be able to play the "NEW Super Mario Bros." at E3 this year. It's about time we got a new traditional side-scrolling Mario platformer. No baby mario with Yoshi, no Wario, just the good ol' red plumber himself. Actually, it would be awesome if they brought back the SMB2 Character select thing, with those four characters making a return as playable ones.

I actually kind of like the imperfections, like if it's too thick or slightly metled looking. It gives it character.

And... Being one of the biggest GameBoy Camera fans in the world, I can't help but think the GameBoy Camera one is awesome.
