I think you should not use Super Mario Advance 4 palettes because they are too bright and it doesn't look so good.I am a big fan of SMB3 but truly I don't like too much the little changes Nintendo make in SMA4.When an original game is good, it's no so good to change it too much.The SMB 2 grass looks good.They are only suggestions,I know I will enjoy it playing it when you finished because you are making a great work and I know that the final release will be awsome! Keep it up!

Ok here are some pics of a new hack that I'm working on.I promess a Yoshi's Style good level design.The Mario Sprite was draw by me and only the body was based on a Paper Mario based Sprite.I hope you like it.

















This is only Level 1-1: Meet the Chucks

What I will try to do is make a game that feels like Yoshi's Island because that was the best Super Mario game for the Snes.In terms graphics it looks more like Yoshi's Story but the level design will be kind like that one in Yoshi's Island.

And of course it will have Yoshi,but I will try to make a new Yoshi Sprite.

Thank you all! Yeah it's looks like Yoshi's Story but I will try to make the level desing feels like Yoshi's Island.JJ's Happy Set is perfect for this and it's is really cool! Thanks JJ.

Yeah SMB3 Mario Style,I think the SMW Mario is the Worst Mario Sprite ever,It could be maked better like the SMB2 Sprite in SMAS.Good and explorative level design would be great.

All the complete stuff is looking exactly like it is! Well done,I loved the Toad's House,I hope you could change the Leaf Sound with the code that BigMattrizzle gave you! Also I hope you could replace all Mario World sounds with the SMB3-All Stars version ones. Keep it up!

Ok here is only a suggestion or an idea; I think it would be cool a program were you could in someway use midis music to play during the game.That will give us the choice to use any music and it could be program in a way that you could select a midi for each level or event or etc.Because no one could make a complete Sound/Music Editor yet,I think new ideas should born. Ok,so what you think?

I didn't said import midis into super nes .That's not my point,I mean about a program that let you for a example ,program a midi editor and you select and program the songs you want for each level or whatever. That's all. Ok I'm waiting for Solar Soundtrack ,but I just brought an idea and maybe someone could make it ,and even release it before SS.

If Solar Soundtrack wouldn't let you import new music to hacks,then there are much more reasons to bring new ideas,if someone had the same Blackhole89's skills or maybe better skills ,then why you don't try to realize other new ways of puting new music!
