Ehh, not too sure I like this. It's going to be useless for me since I've already started on a hack, and besides, the two status bar gradients can't be used together, which is a real downer.

Smashed by the shockwave, the two marios both flew up into the air. coming down, they both looked at each other, then pulled out a rock each and threw them at fabio, timing it so they collided and split into buckshot-like fragments. Landing, The two marios were dazed from the landing.

"Whoa!"

Shielding Luigi from the shockwave, Mario was sent flying backwards, to the other side of the mountain. Luigi, now faced with pop alone, Took out a volt shroom and ate it, which meant that any physical contact with luigi would damage pop. Luigi then began to run at Pop, trying to touch him.

On the other side of the mountain, Mario found a red koopa shell, which he took.

Oh, for one bug- I looked through the help file before writing this down (I may have missed something), but when animating entry 00 for the BG, in-game layer 2 doesn't show up, and neither does the colour change. I think you might be interested in that.

Taking aim, Snipes fired three flaming shots at the vine holding Cyberaptor

NICE. If you release that, then I'd also think about coding in something that causes the letters to fade out after a few seconds, like in some games where it'll flash the area name for a bit then hide it for the rest of the level.

Well, does anyone have any idea what sort of stuff to look for? I don't think that they would have hardcoded the data- wouldn't they have used some sort of data that could be edited if the course was? It would make more sense.

Dazed, the two marios had no choice but to be hit by the fireballs, causing them to both evaporate into thin air. With one angry cry, the real mario jumped into the ring, before splitting again, this time into 3 fighters.

Charged with the volt shroom, Luigi was able to use his momentum to knock away the shots from populous, before getting very close to Pop. preparing for Pop to do something to try and avoid the attack, Luigi prepared himself to jump if Pop did.

"I don't need to answer that with words, do I?"

Meanwhile, Mario climbed up to the top of the fallen mountain, and charged up a throw for the red shell.

I was wondering if anyone had the first few episodes of .hack//sign (did I spell that right?), since I only caught the latter part of it, so I'd like to see the first few episodes as well. If anyone knew where I could get them, or could send me them or whatever I'd really appreciate it. Also, I wouldn't be too worried if I needed a bigger drive or anything, I can get that easily.

NO NO NO. Ghettoyouth, in any custom-palette level, make palette index 0, 10, 20, and so forth black. That's what is causing your flashes, since that is what caused mine. It's a color addition thing.

Eh... the only reason I could give to explain any reason I would in future drop a hack would be issues that couldn't be avoided, mainly an earthquake, my death, etc. Otherwise, I would just ice the hack (I have iced COTMK 2 because of school, for example) because I can't work on it for any reason.
