Please don't forget a ton of blind drops, some onto a 1-block wide concrete block, then having the player jump across more blocks like that over the entire level. Or how about a long, flat level? to show that boring levels are bad? |

Oh. god I loved the show episodes when I DL'd them. Oogtar is looking great, and the cave/volcano thing is awsome. (sorry, it just looks like that, even though you said it was a cave) The overworld looks good, all you need to do right now is update the OW mario sprite and add more levels and this hack will be great. | |||

If you used a movement block as one block, then placed in a custom-programmed block that called the movement blocks subroutine, you could probably do it reasonably well. Shouldn't be anything more complicated than lda $7E14E0 (or whatever the correct value is, i can't remember right now) cmp #$0 beq xxxxxx (beq long to the movement soubroutine if animations are ON) rts and there you go! only something like that! |

yes. use HH's MWR utility, and change graphic byte 1. Just be careful, only 3 of the bytes are the ones you want to change. there was another thread like this made by Peter_ac, and SH posted the correct bytes in it. | |||

OK, cuz I was thinking that you could have tile 25 as rain only with a certain tileset. You'd still need to change the correct animations for it though. | |||

the message delay may be problematic. try using slow conveyors and a special custom block with this code: lda #$0 sta $7E0015 sta $7E0017 rts And use that on top of the conveyors to stop mario from doing anything until the teleport blocks are activated. Simple. |
