Well, well, well. I think it's about time I have some fun as well!

First off, the pic I want used in the photo album (if it ever gets updated)

Now for some fun ones!

Me posing with my scimitar.

w00t! Me with a Sephiroth pose! Can it possibly get any better?

Yes it can! This time I don't have my hat on

I figured that, and still, thanks

As for a samurai sword, I'm working on it. Once I can save up 200 bucks I'm going to buy a masamune.......

Yup. In 1998, over the summer, we had straight line winds over 100 MPH (dunno what that is in KM, and I don't have a converter handy...)

They tore a bunch of trees over, blew shingles off the houses, threw my trampoline a block down the road into a church, stuff like that

For one, there are no hallucinations when you smoke pot. That's a complete and udder lie spread by those fucking TRUTH people. You can only get hallucinations from a "pot" if you do hashish (a more "pure" form of pot, that shit is nuts ).

Secondly, you obviously were smoking total schwag (really crappy pot) or you didn't take hits like you're supposed to. How were you smoking it? Joint, bowl, bong? Believe it or not, the way you smoke it alters the high. For me, bongs get me the most high, followed by bowls and then joints. Eating it does get me high, it just takes a lot longer and usually just makes me go to sleep...

The weird taste in your mouth is from lack of saliva. Marijuana is a vascular constrictor, meaning it tightens your blood vessels, as well as your glands (e.g. salivary). You were high, at least a little, or you wouldn't get the weird taste.

Next time, make sure you're smoking the good stuff, not ditchweed.

Is it just me or does Nick remind you of Nicholas Cage? I just watched National Treasure yesterday and I'm seeing a huge similarity...

I've never had a severe illness in my entire life. The sickest I've ever been is from strep throat, a viral infection, or things like that. I don't get sick much anymore....

However, I'm extremely allergic to poison oak. I remember one time when i got it on my face. The entire right side of my face swelled up to about 5 times its original size. My eye was swelled shut for about a week. I could bounce the swelling up and down. That was a weird feeling

Yesterday I recieved a call from my father, who was, at the time, visiting my cousins, uncles, etc. over in Las Vegas (he's a trucker, got a load out there and a day off).

Anyway, he calls me and asks what I'd think if I had the chance to move out there till the end of summer, live with my filthy, stinking rich cousins (seriously. Like THE richest people in Vegas. My second cousin in-law owns a huge cab and transport company out there), in a mansion with everything I could ever want. The catch? I'd have to work a normal 8 hour day sorting through bills, files, and such on their network (PLUS I'd make about 3 grand in that month). Easy-peasy stuff. Sounds good to me!

I have nothing holding me back so I immediately accept. I go upstairs and talk with my grandparents about it, in which my grandpa says to go for it because I may never get another opportunity. Just to be sure, I contacted nearly all of my friends (online and off). I only got one no and the rest said go for it.

I call my dad back and tell him I'm all for it. Things are going great!

A few hours later I get a call saying that I can't go because of some technicality that I didn't even understand.

I mean seriously, WTF? Why is it that every time I get an incredibly, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, something fucks it all up? Man, God, you really must be testing me for something...

This should be in Officer's Club.

Don't get down about it, you'll get a different job. If it's not as easy, that's okay. You can feel like you earned your money. Maybe next summer this opportunity will present itself again, who knows. If it couldn't work out, it's not because they wanted to let you down, they just couldn't work it out.

I"m not getting down. Life goes on so I might as well, too. I'm just pissed about the whole situation because it's happened before (well not the same exact situation, but it was relative). Sometimes you just need to let these things be known by others, you know?

I was debating to put it here or Officer's Club, but I put it here because its been more active lately. If a mod wants to, go ahead and move it.

Isn't that kind of redundant, what with dogs knowing, by instinct, how to swim from birth and all?

I feel bad for the little guy. I lost a pet when I was young and I cried non-stop for an entire day. The animal was closer to me than anything I've ever had or ever probably will have in my entire life. Oddly enough, nowadays death isn't a big deal to me. I really couldn't tell you why, but it just isn't. Things die, that's what they do.

As for me, the saddest thing to ever hit me was my parents' divorce. It was absolutely horrible for the first year or so, but now I'm fine with it (hell, now, I can't stand to be around my mother. She makes me sick ). Besides that, I've never really been tramautized by anything.

If I had to pick something that happens regularly or has happened in recent times, it's got to be the emotion you get from rejection. It just..... I can't even describe it. Basically just a bleh feeling, I guess
