Hi, i was wondering could someone tell me the offsets i need to change to make every enemy in SMB1 stationary? i want to make it so that they don't move away from the spot they're placed at. or even a game genie code would do. Thanks, and would this work with SMB2(j) too?

I played through SMB2(j).fds to world 8-4 without using a warp zone, i finished that level and i went onto world 9. Then after finishing World 9-4, i was brought straight back to World 9-1! Weren't Worlds A to D supposed to be in this game? or did they only appear on the All-Stars version?

project? no, I'm just creating levels maps of all of the lost levels, so that i can transfer them to my SMW hack. and i want the sprites to be mapped in the right place. maybe if i could just find a way of reducing the enemy speed to zero. does anyone know the offsets which control their speed?

SMB2(j) doesn't open with a level editor. So making maps of all of the levels is the only way to transfer every level to my SMW to SMBTLL hack.

here's an example:

Chargin Chuck stomping hp.

jump to offset: type x0149ef in the box
it should find a value 03, just change that to anything, and then save.

it doesn't matter.

try typing x149ef instead, if that doesn't work try one of the other codes and see if they work.

Which hex editor are you using BTW?

use blocktool first to set the block to a map 16 tile, and then change its GFX in LM.

well in world 8-4, i pasted the level after itself again and again, until you eventually hit the teleport block at the end of the last screen.

in w4-4 and w7-4, i used right and wrong blocks along with teleport blocks.

Most of my updates, from now on, will be made at the Ice Board.
