I think the rust color would be better to use instead of the red. |
The outside bg repeats pretty nice, your "box" just needs work. tinker a bit with it in photoshop or whatever you use, so the part where the seems are when it repeats are the same width. edit: you may want to remove the little bg in your textarea, it's fugly when it repeats. That, or seperate it from the rest and set it to no-repeat. (edited by Sofie on 06-29-04 12:32 PM)

when your post stretches your layout, the left and right part of your box repeat, but the top and bottom of the repeating part are different in width, making it ugly looking when it repeats. Which is a shame, as it's a pretty nice themed layout. |
perhaps try to make the border yourself, by ripping part of the graphics and use it as a pattern. (-> assuming you use photoshop) edit to your edit: yes. (edited by Sofie on 06-29-04 12:42 PM)

To anyone that claims to have (basic) html knowledge: a postlayout is build very, very similar. |
Try making a webpage with the rough design first, so people can actually see what you need help with specficially. Please don't just ask to get a layout thrown into your lap without trying first, it won't get you anywhere.
