Last night, (3-13-04) would've been a Jade update, but about 5 minutes before I uploaded... awj unloaded armor and weapons data on me last night. Too much information and I forgot to log it all. Tonight, I received an email from Vagabond with all the information awj contributed. I thank you both, deeply. The update is not finished yet, it should be ready within the next couple of days. But, the update at this point will contain: Armor editor: completely edit weapons Weapons editor: completely edit armor Monster editor: change monster AI (not yet in, still messing with armor and weapons) |

Well, I converted it to png, the transparent background does not exist, which is why it's white. Hope it looks nice. --edit after neotransotaku's post-- no sense in making a new post about it. Converted it to gif after some thought. With that, I know how to make the background transparent. Thx for the input guys. Considering what Bertuzzi did, I'm not sad at all. The Canucks got a $250K fine? Sheesh........ Well, there were reports that the coach heard something like this might happen and did nothing to prevent it. I'm not sure about how much truth there is to it though...

I'd guess Jose Conseco. As for what team he played for or the team against, I dunno. So I can only be half right. (edited by Lenophis on 03-16-04 10:58 PM) |

To the first matter of business, go Oregon! To all of those who oppose it on the religious method, your claim IS legit. Does that sound right? No. But it is, and this is why... (read BEFORE you flame.) The Catholic belief is what started marriage in the first place. Now, 400 some-odd years after it's initiation, the "big gay bully" is trying to steal the Catholics milk money. But as the case with all bully's, they DO NOT GO AWAY! Bully's will continue to bully others until the end of time. Now it's a different fight. So when President Bush says he wants to preserve the "sanctity of marriage," he's not on crack. He speaks from his heart, because he wants to save something that Christians made that he happens to believe in. Based on that alone, go Bush. Fight for what ya believe in. There's just one tiny problem. It's called the "United States Constitution." There's this tiny amendment that states "the seperation of church and state." True, pretty much every law the US has is based on religion, no matter how miniscule the effect. Originally posted by Legion Studies have been done in the countries that allow these types of marriages and it has cause the 'straight' people to take marriage at even a less value then it is. So people aren't even bothering getting married. Just living together and having kids and going from one relationship to another. As you probably know the divorce rate in America is 50% which is really bad...and will get much much worse if this is allowed. Ehhh, there's a couple holes in this... 1. Those "studies," did they have ANY other factors for the declining "value" of marriage? I'll give a couple, gold diggers, pre-nups, age. 2. "Value." Marriage is not materialistic. It is a label, attached to you signifying that you are together with another person as a union. 3. The divorce rate, that looks right, but go back to number 1. But you have to realize, people get divorced for stupid reaons too. You CAN'T blame divorce squarely on one reason, no matter how much you are against it. Originally posted by Legion And that's sad really. That is, the path we're on. What in 100 years? Murder is legal? The only way you could possibly associate murder with gay marriage is if you think that gay marriage is actually killing marriage. As you have said Legion, apples and oranges. If you want to get "super technical," marriage was defined by religion. Constitution requires the two be seperate. The government regulates marriage, therefore, going all the way back to 1776 marriage has been unconsitutional. I base this solely on the religious tie of marriage. Am I wrong? Originally posted by Legion We are systematically destroying the sacred meaning and definition of marriage whether you agree or not. (Both God's definition AND the law's. Doesn't matter which way you look at it.) I agree. But guess what, it doesn't matter. I look at the first three words in parenthesis, and that's all I need. It is said that you should not let your emotions cloud your judgement. To do so would mean you act irrational and illogical. If you are against gay marriage, fine. Give me an argument that does not involve you throwing the bible at me. If you cannot, legally, your argument will not hold. |

Originally posted by Legion While not directly saying religion, it did state that it was "the most conservative county in Tenessee." You're right, it's not good to assume anything. The only clear thing (to me anyway) is that this type of thing shouldn't even see the light of day. |

Originally posted by paradox n00b. Through some testing, I managed to figure out for myself a good strategy that doesn't use KotR. First, build some stats up. Strength in the ruined reactor in Gongaga, and agility and luck in the small hallfway in Gelnika. Yuffie works best with the Conformer, Mega-All and Morph/Master Command. That's all you need really. Strength should take 1 hour per person, speed and luck about 1-2 hours per person. Now that stats are up... Ruby: This is a somewhat evil strategy, and you'll never die, unless you make a mistake. Now not as high of damage as DLS's strategy, it's just as good. Equip as follows: 8 slotted weapons or ultimate weapon: 7x Counter Attack (yeah, the purple ones) and HP plus. (not really needed, but just to max HP out) Imperial Guard, Mystile, or Wizard Bangle: Magic Counter - Hades, Master Summon, Double Cut, Restore and Time or Master Magic. Equip a Ribbon. Enter battle with the other two dead, cast Haste. Now let him hit you. If his attack was HP based, cast Regen, if MP based, use a Turbo Ether. You have 4 free rounds to beat him down. I used physical attacks, cause KotR is lame. After four rounds (or until he starts moving again) stop attacking. Repeat until Ruby is dead. Emerald: Ultimate Weapons or really high strength (200 range is good). You only need 5 materia: Double Cut, Long Range, Enemy Skill, Master Magic - All. Start by using Big Guard. Whoever he hits with Emerald Beam, cast Curaga (Cure3). Hopefully he didn't do 7000+ damage. Otherwise use White Wind. He can be killed very quickly. My fastest time was 4:45. (That's time spent, not left.) Sorry about the initial response, but I hope this helps. My avatar is of the icon I made for Jade (see the sig). I hadn't previously made an avatar for here, though I did have one of Crono long ago, it has since been lost. As you can see, I don't have a layout or background, cause I haven't come up with one yet...

I haven't tested this update yet, but does this address Kirby's errors? Kirby is still toad in the results screen. Kirby is half toad in the final ranks screen. I like this hack so far, it also again proves I suck at Super Mario Kart. (Bad luck, bad timing, always falling in the acid in acid bath. *snicker*) I like this hack though. |

Wow, I win the contest of "slowest machine ever." =D I could whip out the old laptop (which is a hell of lot slower than this thing), but I won't. Although I do have some upgrades now: ATI Pro Rage II -> NVidia GeForce 4 64 meg PCI Yamaha -> Sound Blaster Live! 33.6k -> 56k US Robotics v92 3GB -> 7.5 I think the video card outdoes the whole machine, which is the saddest thing I've ever seen. =p |

I like FF2, and stop calling it FF2J. That no longer applies because the US got FF: Origins. Origins made the "J" part non-existant, because it no longer applies to Japan only. I don't care what the SNES says, that's Nintendo's doing, NOT Squaresoft. The US has received every game in the series as their ORIGINAL number, except FF3. FF1: 1987 FF1: 2002 (WSC -> PS) FF2: 2002 (WSC -> PS) FF4: 1991 (Nintendo names it "FF2" to make it seem like we have them all still.) FF4: 2001 (SNES -> PS) FF5: 1999 (SNES -> PS) FF6: 1994 (Nintendo names it "FF3" to continue the charade.) FF7: 1996 (US: "What the hell?! Where's 4-6?!" Everyone laughs at US.) FF8: 1998 FF9: 2000 FF10: 2001 FF10-2: 2003 FF11: 2003 Get over it people, the SNES is not absolute. The facts are there. Anyway, yeah FF2 is good, hence WHY I'm making Jade. |

The problem with Ozma is, you can kill him at level 1 (done that), and lose to him at level 99 (also done that). He's 75% luck. Bascially, Auto-Life is required. If high enough to survive Curse, protection from slow (Auto-Haste), poison (not required, but helpful), confuse, and if you use physical attacks, blind. Use attacks that use set damage (Thievery, Dragon Crest, etc.) or really high damage attackings (Shock, Flare, Holy, etc). You'll beat him eventually. As for me, I can help with any game in the series except FF3 (memory is fuzzy,) FFX-2 (not that far into game) and FFXI. I'll try to answer anything I can. |
