Hi everyone. I'm kinda new to this topic, so if I'm asking for answers to something obvious, bear with me... anyways, for my questions. 1: I am trying to rip FF6 tiles from an smc file, and I am using Tile Layer Pro to do so. I see the shapes of the tiles that I'd like to rip in the editor, but the colors are all off. Does anyone know how I might be able to resolve this issue? 2: I've seen FF6 sprite and tile rips before, and they seem to be much less pixelated than the tiles and sprites I see in my Tile Editors. They look to me like they were ripped out from an emulator running a special display mode. Does anyone know how I can achieve this effect? I've searched everywhere for a complete tutorial on the topic of SNES tile rips, but documentation always seems fragmented or incomplete. Can anyone recommend a central location where I can get a proper introduction to tile ripping with Tile Layer Pro or any other SNES tile ripping program? Thanks |
