hi im another angry neskimite heres news from teh reactivated planetmegaman

Dear Planet Mega Man:
Site News - 08:24 pm - Lord Phoenix
"Dear Planet Mega Man,

We regret being hacking bastards. We regret having too much time on our hands. And we definitely regret the punishment we will receive when we are brought to justice."

Yeah, and I'm definitely going to enjoy it, too. Well, suffice to say, PMM was attacked earlier today, but we're almost done restoring the site from our backups. We'll be working the next few days to make sure everything is back to normal in all sectors of the site. Thankfully, the damage done was no where near as bad as last time, and our Tech Support is beefing up server security after this incident.

Planet Mega Man was not the only website hit. However, we appear to be the only site that was hit in our html and php files as well as our forums. Yesterday, the Bob & George forums were hit, but we don't know if it was the same hacker. A few other video game website forums were also hit, but no connection between them other than the same hacker has been made. I'm planning to pool our resources along with the other affected websites' owners to try and find the person(s) responsible for this.

In the mean time, you should still be able to browse most of the site and our forums during the restoration process. Thank you for your patience during this time, and thank you for your support.

Also, as a precaution, I would like to urge all Mega Man websites (and video game related websites, quite frankly) to make backups of their forums and website files to ensure a speedy recovery in case of a similar incident. Thanks!
