I'm new to this forum...
well

There is a GUI debugger for Snes :Q_____

he he he DD

is Super Sleuth

http://users.tpg.com.au/trauma/spx/

this is the official home page

it has the best breakpoint support i've ever seen

It's developed by Kris Bleakley
Nevitsky says "It was written by Overload (the same guy that leads the DSP work for the SNES emulators)".

This is the first public release after 6 years of development

I'm not expert but... what about trying to "emulate" the code using c/asm reproducing exactly what the decompression routine does???

very good, look at SNESE that have some fatures your emu lacks
but your debugger is much more powerlfull
my congratulations

mmm can you add an interrupt breakpoint support?
for example when occure an NMI etc...

but is already enough what you've done.

ah can you add a debugger like this to Cygne, an emu for wonderswan by dox?
i think lot of people need it...

Posted on 08-14-05 10:24 PM, in wsc hacking? Link
Is there a way to asm hack in a simple way wonderswan/color roms?
because i've got mad with bank switching and the other things like far jmp that from 32 bit becames 20 bit
at this moment i'm using Cygne with debugger, and a program called dis86 that can disassemble NEC v30 instructions.
but it is long and difficult, and i haven't done anything at this time with this tool.
Is there a simpler way?

It seems that texts in FF1 for wsc are compressed, but the RPGone are translating it with FF2 what tool are they using???
