| If someone needs serious practice, try the extra hard mode in 1P VS. mode. Usually you get the cheat when you finish the game in hard normally after the ending (it took dozens of continues to beat Bowser for me, while the last enemies were not that insanely hard  ), then you know it.When selecting the level between easy, normal and hard, put the cursor on hard, and hold up, L and press A. The background turns red, and the first enemy already is nearly as fast as one of the later enemies  Edit: @Angel: I think when the signup phase is done, I suggest shutting/deleting that thread should fit (because that one is nice, but many off topics and has no good overview  ), when I have all players, posting a new thread which contains the (randomly drawn) matchups. Of course I won't have witnesses, but the only thing is trust me; so if I'd get Hiryuu in the first round, I'd be done very quick soon (like someone beated me on ZBattle after 37 seconds with some nasty chains  . Exactly, I was also clueless the first time I got that error. And there was a just patcher.  Now it says that I should aslo patch kRO and sakray. Seems that they added something which makes patching from thoose needed. And eh... my sister wants a title. But your never ingame when my sister are there.  |

| Yeah, and you need to update kRO and Sakray, to see/buy the new hats I can MVP all bosses easily (even Lord of Death is easy, but time consuming since he got shitload of HP and Def ) except the Dark Lord and Orc Lord, since this two frequently cast spells, which my Flee can't avoid it I haven't tried Orc Hero as well, going to check it out soon XDbtw, made a new priest, and working on to get 150 Dex so he could cast ME instantly |

| It also helps to play against the CPU in Time Trial Mode, as well. While it's not the same as VS. mode, it can help out a lot and is a better way of judging where you are in the field. The computer in that mode's harder to beat though, due to the lack of garbage blocks that can be chained off of. Though it'll help your starting game off. |

| I noticed differences in CPU power between Time Attack and VS (simulated in 2P, not VS. in single player). Well, I suck, currently I cannot pull more off then 3-4k points in these two minutes (depending if I have more "luck" and me pull off a x7 or even higher), the CPU on level 5 is not that good, only in level 6 it can be a challenge if you're not good, and on level 7 it is the real test for every player, since he probably can reach 10k or even more points. Currently enjoying Contra 3 or Mario Kart on ZBattle distracts me a little, but I'll practice TA too |

| Neko: Many many times. I frequently finished in the top 3 each month actually. But that's more to do with consistent posting as opposed to huge sprees. Actually the board hasn't been that spammy the past few days... I guess as we keep banning the lamers and thin the ranks, we get rid of that problem. |

| The new 255/100 limit is there now on Emuz's server ... I'm still on Level 99, but my job level instantly went up to 70 There's also a Survival Arena now (fight one enemy, kill it and it multiplies, keep going until you die) ... I can get pretty far in the easier levels (up to a few hundred enemies), just by using Brandish Spear over and over, but the last few are much harder ... There's no EXP gain or drops anymore in Time Attack and Survival, and the Bathories' drops were lowered to 1x, so this makes it a little harder to gain EXP and Zeny Oh, and I'll fix that title mix-up (edited by Acmlm on 06-03-04 03:52 PM) |

| Nice. I saw fit to "acquire" Civ 2 this past year...fun stuff. At the moment, I'm playing through my (Legal) copy of Dragon Warrior I & II on Game Boy Color--which seems to be quite a bit easier than the NES version. Just picked up Loto's Armor after a miraculous critical hit on the MadKnight guarding it. (If anyone asks, yes, those are the names used in the GBC version, and I'm well aware that it's Erdrick and Axe Knight in the NES one) |
