| $0. The Gamer's Club at my college sets up a PS2 with DDRMAX2 and 2 pads once a week..that's how I get my fix during the school year. I'm more of an Amplitude guy myself. |

I hope this isn't the same in the morning...but...Colleen and I found that there isn't a server list anymore on ROBox...it's...gone.  IRC channel didn't find much, since they are...quite intellectual...[rolls eyes]. Oh well. We'll see how it goes in a day or so. |

Well, Ys was a series that kinda got screwed everywhere outside of Japan. Ys Book I & II, in particular, was the game that pretty much any gamer nowadays, hardcore or not, should know about, and most don't.  Anyway, it's kinda hard to describe in a few words, but the Ys series is an Action/RPG series wherein you fight enemies by literally running into them. "But Emptyeye!," you say, "What sort of battle system commences once you run into your foe?" And that is the great mystery--there is none. You run into the enemy, and either he or you (Usually him...it's not as random as it sounds) take damage. The story revolves around a young man named Adol Christian who runs around saving the lands of Esteria and Ys from various evils. It's a lot cooler than it sounds. Ys Book I & II was a collection of the first two games in the series for the Turbo Grafx CD. It wasn't the first CD game ever, but it WAS the first one to really explore what the CD medium could do. They went out and got voice actors to play the main parts--actual, professional voice actors (One of whom was Michael Bell, who has a HUGE list of credits on IMDB). It's truly a great game, one which I very nearly bought the system just to play. And now it's bedtime for me. G'night everyone who reads this. |

| Actually, that sounds really intresting. And I know a few RPGs were you can run into the mosters to fight them. Never had a Turbo Grafx CD, must have been when I went and got the Sega Saturn. |

| I've spend a whopping $1 so far. But I plan to buy the home edition at some point. (I suck too much to do it in public atm) BTW I was at a friend's house a while ago and her brother is really fat. Guess what he was doing? Playing DDR or something similar with a keyboard on his laptop. What's the point? AAAAARRRgh! |

| I actually have a more recent backup of the memberlist than Acmlm... And my last thread that I posted in was "Jesper is mind controlling me". Now i'm getting suspicious. Kefka! =^.^= *scratch!* Heh, I was on 11th place before. Funny... people said "YEAH YOU WANT TO START FROM THE BACKUP BECUSE OF YOUR HIGH POST COUNT!!!!11111" If I cared about post count. I would be happy about a backup. After all it's easier to pass people when everyone starts at zero. |

| Well... I said I'd leave emuz's server forever, but then again, it's still a good server to play on.. Most people I've talked to would love to have higher exp rates... I was wondering if anyone else agreed, and should we ask emuz to make them higher? I've played on a couple other servers with 50x or 100x, and it doesn't make the game boring at all... The server is probably the best I've played on, the only problem I can see when you put the community aside is the exp rates -- I'm sure it would motivate people to play more, after all, we never get a good user peak unless it's exp day! So hum... That's all I have to say |
