| Oh yes, and let's not forget ZDoom. Thought I do prefer Doom legacy myself. Renegade have quite high system requriments for it's looks, I think the engine isn't as efficient for FPS game as for example HL. And Renegade is sadly the last real Westwood game before they got closed down.  |

| *head explodes at Legion/Hiryuu discussion* I'm sure the Doom engine COULD do some of that stuff if it was played with, but the bottom line was that it didn't. Maybe it was to do with system performance or something.And Dark Forces was nice. Never played the later ones but the first one was... challenging, to say the least. |
