You're joking, right? Kholdstare is one of the easier bosses. One blast of Bombos and then blast the eyes with the Fire Rod or use the Tempered Sword. Dead easy. Just keep moving so the ice doesn't fall on you. The eyes themselves only move diagonally and aren't that fast. I can beat Kholdstare without being hit in about 30 seconds or probably less.

Vitreous does more damage and takes much longer. You have to take out all of the eyes (and you virtually NEED the Tempered Sword else it takes forever), which isn't always an easy feat as they swarm at you. And when there's less of them Vitreous is blasting lightening at you at every other second.

Vitreous himself is not difficult, as long as you know to use arrows.

But I did not order them based on their difficulty, as that would be far too subjective and different people find different bosses hard. For example, some people find Mothula to be the hardest boss in the game when I've never had trouble with it.

I just ordered them in the order you face them. I had to skip the really large bosses like Helmasaur King and Trinexx, but the order basically goes Armos Knight, Moldorm, Arrghus, Mothula, Blind, Kholdstare, Vitreous.

If you don't like it, complain to Nintendo. ^-^

I skipped Lanmola because it's stupidly difficult to make an animation, and even if I did it would be about 15K or something.

It's not like the Mario ranks all go in the order of difficulty or anything.

I guess I'm thinking of the wrong boss then...Vitreous being the boss of the Sixth Palace?

I remember Kholdstare giving me MAJOR problems when I tried to do a minimal quest...Vitreous I got through without much of a problem.

Yes, Vitreous is the boss of the sixth palace, Misery Maze. Kholdstare is the icy boss of Ice Island, who starts the battle surrounded by ice. On a minimal quest he definitely harder but shouldn't prove too much of an issue as long as you can avoid getting hit, which isn't too difficult.

On a minimal quest Vitreous is very difficult because you die with about two hits from the eyeballs (and the lightening does a heck of alot of damage too) and each eyeball takes many, many hits with the Master Sword, so the chances of getting hit are high.

You may be confusing Vitreous with Arrghus, the boss of the Watergate Dungeon (second Dark World dungeon). Arrghus is a squid-like being with one eye, surrounded by little 'Arrghi' which you pull off with the Hookshot. He appears again in Majora's Mask as 'Wart' (which is actually it's Japanese name).

Yeah, I think that's what I was doing. I still found Kholdstare harder than either Vitreous or Arrrghus though.

Ordering by how they appear in the game makes sense, thought heros goes of course before foes.

I think I order my C&C ranks after price, Tech level and requriments... >.>

I do not work currently, but whenever I am in school. I'm there for 8 hours.

Anya - Isn't the MAX amount of labor supposed to be 40 hours/week for full-time?

I'd file a lawsuit.

however, i think there is nothing preventing companys to making employees work longer...but i think after an 8 hour period, they have to be paid overtime...so it is a question about how much overtime they are willing to spend...

Hmm, there is a law on how much time you can be at work in US? There is no such law here from what I know... my parents works more than 8 hours per day sometimes.

Kitten Yiffer: There are laws for minors. I don't think there are any such laws specifically limiting time worked in the US for people over 18, although you're supposed to be paid extra when going over 40 hours per week (Usually 1.5 times your hourly rate for every hour over 40 worked). It's also generally accepted (If not law, I'm not sure) that working seven days a week is just impossible.

Note that this is working 1 job. All bets are more or less off after that, after maybe your days off won't overlap between the two jobs and the like.

Ah, I see. I got it wrong you see...

It's understandable for minors.

I never have done a summer job, I feel too busy during the summer for taking one. (in other words, there is stuff I want to do instead of working...)

The timing of the home version is slightly off and if you get serious with DDR, this will effect your PA. Stepmania is free and more worth it, rather than rebuying the same songs on sequels on your PS2.

How "off" is it? and in what direction (In other words, is it slightly before or slightly after the actual beat)?

And does this apply to all home versions, one specific version, what?

Well, don't worry about it then, I doubt it can be answered. Sides, I forgot the post myself.

Another question: How many Acmlm's Board fads have you actually participated in?

Ah, that's basically what I meant - suckering people to do more work for more money, yet at the expense of free time and/or sanity.

...Mmmmmph.

That's Colleen basically saying "Quiet you." to Anya as she leaves. His mouth is full of spaghetti.

Colleen was a little concerned, though... but that seems to be nothing new by now. If anything, they'd figure out a plan to make sure everything ends up nice and happy. For Anya's - and his - sake.

Colleen glances at Sofie before continuing to eat. He considered making a comment about Sofie seemingly sleeping 16 hours a day, but decided against it to avoid sparking another food fight.

Sanity is overrated. So is free time for that matter.

Anya, your working times are bonkers. Where the heck do you work?

Wolfgang Puck...I'm not sure how she does it to be honest...

She's the one that's PLEASED to be doing 120 hours of work in two weeks...I just think she's nuts.

I believe he means timing as in how many milliseconds of a delay before you get Perfect, Great, Good, etc. for any single step. If there's less delay, it's harder, if there's less, it's easier...but if there's less delay then it really sucks because then there's no challenge.

Stepmania drops it pretty close to the arcade (actually it's slightly lax as from what I heard from Bouche...but not by much...so if nothing else it's a slight leeway if your computer lags like mine does).

What's Wolfgang Puck? Maybe that's a well known name to Americans but I'm not from zee United Stockpiles of Arsenal.

Some people are frighteningly career minded.
