I actually got up at 10:30 AM today.  My parents were concerned because I was up around an hour earlier than normal.  But when you have a dog BARKING like crazy every time it hears a noise at the door... |

On Emuz's server today, we had a big PvP tournament, and there was like 38 people there... and guess who won the whole thing?  ...yes, I even defeated Krel, the feared instacast wizard. =P My prizes were: 1. Evangelist: 5 Def Shield - +2 INT +3 VIT - Crusader Only 2. Longious's Spear - 180 DMG 2 Handed Spear - Dark Element 3. About 200 k worth of cash. 4. Some Gift Boxes and OBB/OVBs. Or you can do like me and find a Pupa card, Thiefbug egg card, Matyr card, slotted equipment to put them on, 64 Elunium, and enough Zeny to borrow from someone, and you can start with 1254 HP and 59 defense  Then go straight to Payon or even Orc Dungeon for a quick start, I tried it again today ... I was able to beat Orc Zombies on Level 15 (still as a novice) My mage went like this: 1-15 (Novice): Payon (I had 740 HP but no high defense, and it only took 2 minutes) 15-30: Payon 30-45: Anthell 45-67: Geffen 1, 2 67-91 (now): Niflheim (can't fight Bathories) Fire wall is good, but uneffective on fire enemies And the tournament pretty much sucked for me ... I went in with my knight and my strong novice (level 21 with good equipment), here's how it went: - The novice went first, no other novice was around so I had to fight a Level 50 Archer (only 1st job too) ... the fight started, I ran to him but got killed by about 3 Double Strafes (2*300 damage each) before I could even reach him - Next was my knight, went against Axia (Yiffy Kitten), I knew I could beat him since I was a few levels higher and won a few times in PvP before ... well, he got a stat reset (high VIT), I had my Hasty Boots on instead of the Matyr card, my weight was above 50%, and I wasn't on a PvP stat build either, so I lost (and by very few)  So I got to sit there for about a hour while the other fights came up ... at the end, Krel dropped a soul staff (his prize, he didn't need it) and I picked it for my mage, but it's two-handed and I can't use a shield with it (edited by Acmlm on 07-08-04 12:06 AM) |

| I have a question for you, kind of relating to this. Has it been a little hard to wake up during this time? I'm asking because I really can't seem to NOT get 8 hours of sleep every day lately. Sometimes, I'm too lazy to raise myself out of bed and I sleep to noon. Is there something about going to bed at 2 AM? Or is it my body trying to make up for me waking up at 5:00-5:30 AM during the school year? Ranko: Whoa, that's a very interesting sleep schelude, 4 to 9 PM... but how did you get yourself into it and why are you keeping it up? |

| My sleep schedual is strange too. No matter how early I go to bed, I can't fall asleep past 3:00.. sometimes 4:00.. and I get out of bed around 12:00 the next day.. Not sure when I usually wake up, because I never check what time it is until after I've got out of bed.. [and I'm like a zombie until I get out of bed] Although this morning, I actually managed to wake up at around 5:00, but I guess I fell asleep after that, or something.. I guess the fact that it doesn't get dark during the night up here in summer has something to do with it.. It's like daytime 24/7! :O |
