I use eMule for my music needs now.  Might be somewhat slow but if you go after a common song, odds are you'll be downloading right away. |

| This is why I love prog rock. Besides the whole musicianship factor, particularly in the 70s, there wasn't enough room on an LP for a lot of tracks (The furthest extremes in this direction were taken by Yes, who released the three-song Close to the Edge in 1972, and followed it up with the FOUR song double album Tales from Topographic Oceans [The album that helped birth the Punk movement, because musically it gave punk something to rebel against]), so they generally brought their "A" game with every song. |

| We have alot of LPs at home, but we seldom listen on them. My dad have taken them out for nostlagia, but I see no other good reason. Besides they are so big... |

| Eh...if I had the old entertainment system with me I'd just connect the output plug to the back of my comp since I've got a converter for it (I use my boombox as such at least...). Then it'd be a matter of putting on whichever LP and recording MP3s...ergo...chance to make CDs. |

Hehe, looks like this Town Square recovered from the attack from that lame ass hacker quite nicely. Unfortunately, I've been lurking around so much to have noticed...  I'm sorry to look and sound like an idiot, but what's LP stand for? I guess I need to update myself with the acronym lingo. |
