You'll have to make comprimises; If you want a certain tileset for one level, you will need to overwrite some tiles for other objects, so it wouldn't be possible to have one of every object for the normal tileset and yours. Still, you could make tiles over useless things like the bushes and stuff that you don't plan on using anyways, but there is a limit.

Speeky vaguely saw a bright sphere of energy coming at him, though it was hard to tell from spinning so fast.

Speeky: Aah! Spiky, cut to the chase! We're finishing up now!

Speeky launched Spiky at Kaz with excellent, practiced aim. Whether Kaz got hit by Spiky was yet to be seen, but Speeky was struck by the ball and blown back onto the bridge. Lucky for him that was there. Afterward, they both stood in front of Kaz again on solid ground.

Spiky: We're running out of useful moves...
Speeky: Not yet. We can still get him, we just need to plan properly. Use your Earth Tail, and I'll try to get him from the air.

Spiky obediently held his tail back for a moment, and then swung it to the ground with extreme power. A fast moving, linear wave was sent moving through the ground, aimed at Kaz. At the same time, Speeky puffed into a ball, rolled in a circle against the ground without actually moving to gain energy, then let go, so he was flung at Kaz through the air with his spines outward. Both attacks would do the same amount of damage, and it would be difficult to avoid both of them at once, especially Speeky, since he tried his best to home into Kaz.

Spaky looked off to the side for a moment and saw Kaz launch his energy ball at Speeky and Spiky.

Spaky: Huh? Who's that? He looks strong.

His attention was again focused Dejan, however, when he used a speed up spell.

Dejan: Speed up spells are very helpful.
Spaky: Pah! Trust me, friend, you're going to need to use that again ten more times to match my speed! You may be a little faster now, but you'll never beat me when it comes to speed!

There was a whirl of dust, and in an instant Spaky was at the other side of the crater, facing Dejan.

Spaky: But all right, just try to keep up with me, then.

Spaky laughed and sped off toward Kaz, Speeky, and Spiky, leaving a trail of fire behind him that would burn Dejan if he followed Spaky's exact path, or crossed it.

Spaky: I wonder if he'll even try to follow...

Spaky halted a short distance behind Kaz, unbeknownst to him, at about the time that Spiky and Speeky made their move. Spaky waited for Dejan to come to him with an attack, and yawned to pass the time.

I think the rules are pretty fine the way they are now, but, uh, I haven't seen that many battles yet. Teleportation should be allowed, but not for use in a cheap way. Then again, there are many abilities that could be abused, but that would be the battler's fault. So, as for suggestions, I don't have many ideas right now.

Kyle floated down to the stands from wherever he was before and picked a seat close to everyone else, but still at a distance from them. The only person he recognized was William, who was seated a few rows in front of him. He also recognized UGrey down in the arena, having spoken to him for a brief moment while defending the arena from the NPCs.

Kyle: So, I get to see them in action, huh? I better pay close attention, I could learn a lot from this. Supposing, of course, that this Seph character actually shows...he doesn't seem to be well accepted around here. Must've been some bad stuff he done.

He kicked up his feet and rested them on the row of seats in front of him, and passed the time be floating a nickel over his palm.

As the energy sphere was launched at Spiky after he was thrown through the air, Spiky hit it with his tail, and it was sent flying away. By pure coincidence, the energy sphere's trajectory was set toward Steak. When Kaz made his surprise attack, Speeky missed, but stopped in midair and flew toward Kaz again, with a little less strength in his attack now. Spiky was hit by each step of the combo, and after each hit his tail again flew around dangerously, threatening to strike Kaz. After the combo, Spiky fell to the ground weakly. Whether Speeky hit Kaz or not, he corrected his flight path so he landed by Spiky again.

Speeky: How're you doing, Spiky?
Spiky: I can still last a while.
Speeky: Charge up your tail attack; I have a good idea for this guy when he stops being hyper. Also, play defensively, I think he wants you out of the picture first because of your high attack power.
Spiky: Gulp.

Spiky's tail slightly darkened as he focused to increase his attack power. Speeky made no attack, but instead prepared himself to dodge any attack that Kaz might throw his way.

Kyle looked at Yiusi for a second, then back at the arena.

Kyle: Hey Yiusi, I'm Kyle. We're waiting for someone named Seph2k4, and from what I know he wasn't too big at following rules. He must have done something really wrong to get UGrey upset like this. I think.

Kyle looked around the arena in a bored way.

Kyle: I haven't seen you around here before. Do you fight? Or are you more of a spectator?

Here's where William made his appearance.

Kyle: Hey, William. I didn't expect to be meeting you so soon. How's the hero biz treating you? Oh, by the way, you should meet Yiusi here.

Kyle introduced the two.

Kyle: About that saying of yours, Will. If power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely, then theoretically having no power would not corrupt at all. If this is so, then would having no power in a battle be the biggest advantage of all, since you could not be corrupted? A bit of a paradox there, I think.

Kyle: Y-yes, right, them oracles. Mm-hm.

Kyle leaned back in his chair as well.

Kyle: Hey, look, here he comes!

Kyle jumped forward and pointed to Elite Seph, who had just walked into sight.

Kyle: Now this will be action!

He sat back down and reached to his left, grabbing for a bag of popcorn. It took him a moment to realize that he hadn't bought one yet.

Kyle: Guh-what? Oh for crying out - save my seat, will you Yiusi?

He dashed off to purchase a snack as fast as he could so he could get back to the fight in time.

Kyle sprinted down the hall as fast as he could, in desperate search for a concession stand. If he hurried, he still might be able to catch the first moves of the battle. He made a right turn, and found a shop open...but something else caught his attention first.

Kyle: What? Did I just see - ?

He looked backward for a moment. He could have sworn that he just saw someone behind him. Someone with a bluish tinge to them

Kyle slowly shuffled down the aisle and back to his seat, though he was almost completely masked by the mountain of popcorn, pretzels, a hotdog, an X-tra large lemonade, Hot Tamales, and various other snacks he had bought. He turned to his side to wade through the narrow isle, and then saw Schwa sitting in his seat. His hands fell to his side, but the snacks he was holding continued to float as if he was still holding them.

Kyle: Hey, you, with the blindfold! That's my seat! Do you mind moving?

The X-tra large drink floated by his head, and he sucked through the straw.

Schwa succeeded in startling Kyle, and his drink fell from the air that it was floating dangerously to the ground. Kyle barely caught it in his hand in time, luckily without it spilling on anyone, and then turned to Schwa with a scowl.

Kyle: Don't push things, now...

After adjusting his crimson headband defiantly, Kyle muttered to himself and plopped down into his seat with his levitating snacks in front of him, waiting for some action in the arena. He also secretly kept an eye on Schwa, ready to get him back for any more tricks he might pull.

Ghost looked around the now demolished hall, then up at the missing ceiling. He would have to continue his search for Kyle, but that could be made much more difficult with all of the robots. After wandering around a bit, he came to a group NPCs that were roaming mindlessly.

Ghost: You there! Have you seen a man dressed in a white karate robe? Answer me!

The NPCs didn't seem intent on answering him as they turned around confusedly, muttered to each other, and charged with their fists drawn. Ghost simply swung at them with his blade, destroying the ones in the front, and continued this effortless motion for a while, until it dawned on him that there didn't seem to be an end to the mob! Eventually they found a way around him, and then he was in trouble. The bots charged from every direction, and in his last moment to act, Ghost seemed to disappear! Actually, he had only faded from the material plane; he was still there, but he was no longer solid. Also, he was much harder to see. Ghost flew straight through the baffled NPCs and to a dumpster, the same one that held Mini-Kirbynite, materialized, picked it up, and tossed it at the crowd. The shaking caused by the dumpster being thrown was sure to free Mini-Kirbynite, if not the dumpster breaking apart on contact with the mob. This also killed of a large group in the front, yet now he was trapped between them and a wall...

Meanwhile, Kyle was still in Arena C, charging his spell...

Kyle: Man, I wish something would happen so I could cast this already...

The cafeteria was completely, utterly empty as everyone was spectating Grey vs. Seph2k4. Empty, save for one person. Ghost walked into the room and looked around.

Ghost: Perfect.

He immediately went to work. Over in a corner deprived of light and blocked out of sight by a bunch of folded up tables, he conjured up a portal. Out of it stepped an 8 and a half foot tall monster! It was entirely black and cat-like, with a terrible claw for a left hand and a huge, poisonous hook for a right hand. Its eyes were a gloomy, turquoise color, much like Ghost. The summoned creature stood, waiting for orders.

Ghost: Wait for this one. Capture him. Bring him to me, alive.

Ghost tapped his staff, and a hologram popped up, showing a person to the creature. It nodded assent, and then Ghost opened another portal and slipped through, outta sight. The cat-being remained hidden, wanting no trouble with anyone, except for one person.

Kyle: Eh? New guy? Yeah, that's probably me. Now, get ready for this one, baby, it's gonna be gooooood!!!

Kyle shot out his fingers on his right hand, then brought both of his arms outward. Instantly, about half of the bots in the arena started floating helplessly in the air, under the affect of zero gravity!

Kyle: Now...here's the part where you...pick of the ones that still fight...!

He needed concentration to keep such a large number of NPCs hovering above the ground. Still, he was sure that everyone could make good use of this spell, if they acted quickly, and Kyle wasn't attacked soon. One of his discs floated by him for protection, though it wouldn't be very effective so long as Kyle was keeping the gravity spell in place.

The strange dinosaur in the back shifted slightly and made an odd gasping/barking noise. A small monitor screen on its chest flickered for a moment, and a voice with a British accent (think Basil from Austin Powers) spoke.

Computer: It would seem that there is a dispute about ethics.

The velociraptor sniffed in agreement.

Speeky eyed the probe circling him with concern, but decided that a normal jump-and-punch attack might suffice. After this he regarded Spiky, who was standing stiff, frozen in fear at the beam Kaz was charging.

Speeky: Spiky! Move!!!

Spiky still just stood there, wide-eyed, and charged his tail even more.

Meanwhile, Spaky was growing bored, and got caught off-guard by Dejan's attack. The sword attack hit him square in the chest, like intended. Spaky was sent flying; clearly, the attack had hit him hard. He recovered by rolling into a ball and popping out to land upright, just by the edge of the cliff. Spaky swung his arms for balance, and took a step toward land again.

Spaky: Okay, now I'm mad!

Spaky grabbed the ground with one arm, and his legs made a running motion in place. After a few seconds, he let go, and he got sent rocketing toward Dejan at his fastest speed yet! Halfway to Dejan, he jumped and did a rapid barrel roll, turning himself into a lethal spinning rocket, aimed right for Dejan's gut. Spaky caught fire on his way there, and would deal fire damage as well if he hit.

A sad sigh came from the velociraptor.

Computer: All talk and no display, eh?

Cyberaptor seemed to agree, and zoomed its vision into the arena using ocular enhancements. It watched the hammer attack made by Janus. Mentally, he asked its computer a question.

Computer: The Doomsday Device that the robotic fellow placed above the arena? It's outmoddled scrap material, primitive stuff compared to the equipment back home. Better now as ash than it was before.

Not much was happening, and Cyberaptor got a bit sidetracked. He looked over at Tyantas, and the green laser appeared from its eye again.

Hey. Anyone can accept this challenge, it'll be a one-on-one against my newest character, Cyberaptor! (Profile in the making.)
-----

A velociraptor stood in the middle of an arena in the SB complex it had reserved for fighting. The velociraptor was not any ordinary dinosaur; it was wearing futuristic armor, and had a computer pack on its back. On part of the armor that covered its chest, there was a small computer screen, which was thinking at the moment. Where claws would be on the velociraptor were silver gauntlets, and protruding from these were much larger, transparent magenta claws. Cyberaptor sniffed the air, sensing its challenger approaching. Then the computer screen on its chest spoke, with a British accent.

Computer: Location analysis complete, Cy. The temperature is 70 degrees in this outdoor, roofless arena. There is a 0% chance of rain for this fight, which should deprive you of that desired MTD advantage. However, parts of the walls are crumbling; there are numerous small boulders surrounding the border. This could help you out.

Cyberaptor made a barking noise, and pointed forward, at the approaching figure.

Computer: Ah, here they come! Let's go, Cyberaptor! We'll show them the might of Cybercity!
