Guys... 3rd party developers won't have any problems with this; a 'shell' controller can be hooked up to the remote, and played just like an ordinary game. Developers will be able to go along with their business (lazy bums).

What's more, as the remote is hooked to the shell, the controller will still have that direction sensory thingy, making it far better than the average controller.

NINTENDO FTW!!!

How would the Ninja day even go? Like, you just say \"hiya\" and stuff? And emphasize random words?

Zer0wned has the best answers, so far.

But actually, even if time travel was a possibility, I'd say that it would be impossible to change anything... or rather you would, but it wouldn't matter, because everything is as it is now because if you were to go back and change things, it's already been done... do you see what I'm saying? Maybe not. It's like this.

Bob lives in an apartment and makes minimum wage, and hates life.
One day, Bob discovers a time machine and a million dollars.
Bob goes back in time and gives the money to his past self, so he can use it while he was young and live the high life.

Now, if all of that happened, the young Bob would never have experienced a point in his life where he was living in an apartment and making minimun wage... to the younger Bob...

Young Bob was walking down the street one day.
His older self teleported in front of him, and gave him one million dollars.
Young Bob spent the cash as he saw fit, and never lived in an apartment.

But if this were so, then "Old Bob's" timeline would cease to exist - and Bob was never poor. All that ever happened was Bob, with his million dollars. To everyone, everywhere, it is entirely normal that Bob is rich. In that case, there was never a time that Bob was poor, that could have possibly been altered. As such, time traveling changed nothing - or rather, it did, but everything is normal because it already happened.

If you were to go back to change something, things would be exactly as they are now, because you would have already done it... I hope I explained that clearly.

Excellent movie. I just saw it a few hours ago, after much anticipation, and it was better than I thought it would be - though I already had high expectations. It had beautiful animation, catchy songs, and dancing skeletons (how can you go wrong with that?). One of this year's best movies, in my opinion. You'll probably like it more if you are not expecting it to be like, or compare it to, The Nightmare Before Christmas.

What say you?

I thought of the same flaw that HyperHacker pointed out soon after pointing. I think that what would happen is time would split in two or something, and branch off both ways - what else could it do, huh

Posted on 09-29-05 04:51 AM, in Round 6! Jarukoth vs Cheesepie! Link
Out of the opposite entrance, a boy of about 17, dressed in a white robe, appeared and calmly made his way toward the center of the arena. Two metal discs floated closely behind him, one on each side of him.

Kyle: Cheesepie? Who's that? I'm Kyle, and I'll be your opponent this round.

Kyle suddenly looked over his shoulder, toward his entrance, where a large blue bird poked his head out of the shadows. The bird was a friend of his, and mostly assisted him outside of battles.

Kyle: Hey, Blue, set up that arena-shifting device now. The design I've chosen should suit us well...

Blue nodded, dragged a boxy metal mechanism to the side of the arena, and hastily plugged it into a conveniently-placed outlet. He fiddled with the knobs for a few seconds, and then took a seat in the stands, directly above the machine. Kyle focused his attention on Jarukoth once more.

Kyle: All right, then, unless you've got any objections to this battlefield, I'm ready to roll! Good luck, though I'm sure you won't need it... I've heard many good things about you, as well. Probably more than you've heard from me.

Kyle stretched out his arms, and each of his floating discs sprouted four long blades, which began rotating at super-fast speeds, like saws! Kyle himself then began to hover above the ground, and the arena shifted shape... it flooded with deep, icy cold water, with blocks of ice appearing scattered around the court. One large, flat ice platform appeared in the middle, giving (albeit slippery) footing to Jarukoth and Kyle. Finally, a light mist covered the arena, slightly obscuring one's view, although not much.

Kyle beckoned to Jarukoth.

Kyle: Any time you're ready.

Yeah, I know it's still Sept. 30th, but I can't wait any longer. How does it look? I'm pretty sure I'll be keeping it this way, but I can still make small changes, like for color and stuff.
